The second Major on the golf calendar tees off this week, as the best players in the world head to Aronimink Golf Club for the PGA Championship. Much like the Masters, this event has been dominated by the sport’s elite over the last decade, with nine of the last 10 winners being ranked in the top-10 per data golf.
Names like Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy will likely command the bulk of the outright betting action at the top of the board, but I’m looking to swing for a much bigger payout with my best longshot picks to win the 2026 PGA Championship.
Keep reading for my three favorite selections below, plus the analysis and key trends behind every wager.
Longshot Odds for 2026 PGA Championship
I’ll start my longshots betting card with World no. 9 Russell Henley at 1.1¢ at prediction site Kalshi (equal to +8991 odds). Henley is now in the conversation for one of the best players on the PGA Tour to never win a Major, but he’s been incredibly close on multiple occasions and it feels like it’s only a matter of time before he hoists one of these prestigious trophies.
Going a little further down the board, I’m also betting Rickie Fowler at 1.4¢ (+7043). Fowler enters in immaculate form, and is flying under the radar this week despite his stellar recent play.
I’ll round out my card with reigning US Open champ and World #8 JJ Spaun, who’s egregiously priced at +7800 at DraftKings. Spaun already has a win this season, and has the shot making chops to take this course apart.

Aronimink is listed as a 7,400-yard, par-70 course, and the thought is you need a ton of distance to succeed here. I disagree. The weather is calling for heavy winds and rain, which will bring the elite ball strikers into play. Henley certainly fits that bill, ranking 23rd in strokes gained approach this season. He’s eighth in total strokes gained over the last 24 rounds, and third in bogey avoidance, meaning he’s got the chops to go low.
11 out of the last 12 PGA Championship winners had at least three previous top-10 finishes that season, a feat that Henley has matched in 2026. He’s finished T-10 or better iin five of his last seven Majors, including a T3 at the Masters last month.
As for Fowler, he’s quietly strung together three straight Top-10’s in signature events, and held the lead on the back-9 last weekend at Quail Hollow.
Rickie Fowler Last 3 Results
He ranks fifth in the field in total strokes gained over the last month, and has played in every professional event at Aronimink since 2010. That includes an 8th place result at the 2018 BMW Championship, while he also owns two top-8 results at this Major. That’s important since 10 of the past 12 PGA Championship winners had at least one previous top-10 at the Major before they won.
Finally to Spaun, who finished 5th last week at the Truist. Spaun won earlier this year at the Valero Texas Open, and ranks 9th in the field in iron play. His elite ball striking gives him an advantage hitting into some of Aronimink’s small targets, similarly to last year when he won the US Open.
With Spaun, it usually comes down to the putter, but when the flat stick is on he typically contends. He’s finished T-6 or better in five of the last seven tournaments where he’s gained just 0.3 strokes putting for the week.
