The biggest trade in recent NFL history went down on Monday as the Los Angeles Rams acquired reigning and two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett from the Cleveland Browns. The Rams are sending Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick back to the Browns, and additional draft picks, according to Adam Schefter.
The Rams were already the co-favorite in the Super Bowl odds alongside the 2026-champion Seattle Seahawks. But the Garrett trade moved the needle significantly for oddsmakers.

Updated Super Bowl Odds After Garrett Trade
The Seahaks and Rams were both hovering around +900 at DraftKings on Tuesday morning and trading around 9¢ or 10¢ at prediction site Kalshi. After the tectonic shift of a trade, the Rams are now trading at 17¢ at Kalshi, which is equal to +488 odds. At DraftKings, the Rams shortened to +600.
Seattle remains the second favorite at both sites, trading at 9¢ at Kalshi (+1000) and listed at +1000 at DraftKings.
The table below lists the Super Bowl odds for all 30 teams at DraftKings as of 1:32 pm ET.
Barring an offseason injury, Garrett will enter the year as the favorite in the NFL Defensive Player of the Year odds. His longest price is currently +500 at BetMGM and he’s trading at an absurd 27¢ (+270) at Kalshi as of Monday afternoon.
Garrett has been the gold standard for pass rushers since he came into the league in 2017. He has 125.5 sacks in his nine-year career, which is 10.5 more than any other player in that span.
Sack Leaders Since Garrett Entered League (2017)
He has finished seventh or better in the NFL in sacks in each of the last five seasons. He was also seventh or better in tackles-for-loss and pressures, and eighth or better in sack yards and qb hits.

It wasn’t just the Rams’ Super Bowl odds that shortened, of course.
The NFL division odds also shifted considerably, with the Rams separating from the Seahawks and Niners.
NFC West Odds After Garret Trade
The Rams became even-money favorites to win the NFC West in the NFL division odds at DraftKings on Tuesday afternoon. At Kalshi, they were into odds-on-favorite territory, trading at 52¢, which is equal to a -108 price in traditional American odds.
That’s not the shortest divisional price in the league; the Bills are -130 to win the AFC East and the Ravens are -115 to win the AFC North. But the NFC West is widely considered the strongest division in the NFL with three legitimate Super Bowl contenders. LA was trading at just 36¢ (+178) at this time yesterday.
LA Rams Updated Win Total
The Rams’ NFL win total is on the rise, as well. Los Angeles was priced at 32¢ (+213) to win 12 or more games yesterday. That price has now shot up to 48¢ (+108). The Rams are also trading 35¢ to win 13 or more games.
For comparison, the Seahawks are trading at 41¢ (+144) to win 12-plus games.
