The four-match slate on June 17 starts with Portugal vs DR Congo at 1:00 pm ET before England vs Croatia at 4:00 pm ET. The night slate includes Ghana vs Panama at 7:00 pm ET and Uzbekistan vs Colombia at 10:00 pm ET.
England is the third-favorite in the odds to win the World Cup (+703 on average), slightly ahead of fourth-favorite Portugal (+750).

Portugal vs Congo DR Computer Pick: Over 2.5 Goals -113 (53¢ at Kalshi)
A.I. rationale: “With the Portugal moneyline too expensive for my executable range, the total is the better angle. There is a massive disparity in attacking talent, with Roberto Martinez able to deploy Cristiano Ronaldo, Bruno Fernandes, Rafael Leao, and a deep rotation of creators against a Congo DR side that lacks comparable defensive depth. Portugal’s ability to generate sustained pressure keeps over 2.5 in play, and the cheaper Kalshi entry improves the expected value.
Kalshi is offering over 2.5 goals at 53¢, which is a better payout than the -135 price available at sportsbooks.”
England vs Croatia Computer Pick: England to Win -138 (58¢ at Kalshi)
A.I. rationale: “The historical series is split at one win and two goals apiece, and Croatia’s past underlying metrics are not easy to dismiss. Croatia have historically controlled the tempo in this matchup, averaging 51.5 percent possession and outshooting England 14.0 to 9.5.
Still, Thomas Tuchel’s current squad is built for lethal transition, and the model projects England can win without needing possession dominance if Jude Bellingham can connect quickly with Bukayo Saka and Harry Kane.
Kalshi’s 58¢ price on England to win is a slight improvement on the -140 moneyline elsewhere. The edge is not massive, but it is still the better available payout.”
Ghana vs Panama Computer Pick Ghana to Win +133 (43¢ at Kalshi)
A.I. rationale: “Ghana is the best plus-money bet on the board. Even without Thomas Partey available for the opener in midfield, Ghana’s overall talent edge keeps them live as an outright winner. The model prices Ghana a shade over 43 percent, essentially in line with the 43¢ Kalshi market.
Inaki Williams, Jordan Ayew and Antoine Semenyo give Ghana more proven attacking options than Panama, and that quality edge is the reason I am willing to take the plus-money payout. Kalshi improves the payout from +125 at sportsbooks to +133 (43¢).”
Uzbekistan vs Colombia Under 2.5 Goals +100 (50¢ at Kalshi)
A.I. rationale: “The Colombia moneyline is too expensive at 71¢. Back the total instead. Colombia should control territory and possession, but Uzbekistan are likely to defend deep and force a slower, more methodical match script. With Fabio Cannavaro’s side expected to pack the box and Colombia able to lean on a seasoned defensive spine, under 2.5 is the mathematically cleaner wager at the Kalshi price.
Under 2.5 goals is priced at 50¢ (even-money) at Kalshi, a marked improvement from the -115 sportsbook price.”
