The 2025 US Open began on August 24, 2025, in Flushing Meadows, New York and lasted for two weeks, concluding with the Women’s Singles final on September 6th, won by Aryna Sabalenka (6–3, 7–6(7–3)), and the Men’s Singles final on September 7th, won by Carlos Alcaraz (6–2, 3–6, 6–1, 6–4).

- September 6 – They’re running it back… again! For the third time this year, Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz will meet in a Grand Slam final. At -135, Sinner is the favorite to capture his third Grand Slam title of the year, while Alcaraz is just a slight underdog at +110 to win his second US Open title.
- September 4 – With odds as long as +20000 at the start of the tournament, Canada’s Felix Auger Aliassime is now as short as +2500 following is quarterfinal upset of Alex de Minaur.
- July 14 – Jannik Sinner’s average U.S. Open odds have seen a little bump after his win at Wimbledon, moving from +137 to +113
- June 11 – Though it was Carlos Alcaraz who won at Roland Garros last weekend, it was his finals opponent, Jannik Sinner, who’s seen the biggest odds movement, with an average going from +152 to +137.
- September 16 – Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz open as 2025 US Open co-favorites, with both players averaging +199 to win. The pair are followed closely by Novak Djokovic (+248) and Alexander Zverev (+862).

Women’s Singles Odds Movement Timeline
- September 5 – The Women’s US Open final is set! Aryna Sabalenka and Amanda Anisimova will face off in the final after both women rallied from first-set losses in their respective semifinals. Sabalenka remains the favorite at -200, while Anisimova, who’s now made two consecutive Grand Slam finals, opens at +160.
- September 4 – Aryna Sabalenka is back to being the Women’s US Open favorite, following Iga Swiatek’s quarterfinal loss to Amanda Anisimova. Sabalenka is now getting odds as short as -120, while Anisimova is getting +375 going into her first US Open semifinal.
- August 8 – Victoria Mboko has jumped onto the US Open Women’s Singles table in a big way. After defeating the likes of Sofia Kenin, Coco Gauff, Elena Rybakina, and Naomi Osaka en route to winning the Canadian Open, Mboko’s US Open odds have surged from +1500 last month to today’s +2000.
- July 14 – The average U.S. Open odds for both women’s finalists at Wimbledon have shortened days after they faced off, where Iga Switaek has moved from +451 to +344, and Amanda Anisimova from +4586 to +1971.
- June 11 – Sabalenka’s average odds hold steady at +217 despite falling at Roland Garros last weekend. Meanwhile, French Open winner Coco Gauff has shortened to +514.
- September 16 – There’s a good chance Aryna Sabalenka will win the US Open again in 2025, as she opens averaging +221 to repeat as champion.
