Michigan Online Casino Revenue Comes In At $301.2 Million For June

Michigan online casinos had a positive June, bringing in $301.2 million in revenue.

While that was a slight dip of 1.5% from May’s $305.8 million, it was a 25.2% increase in revenue compared to last June’s $240.6 million.

Last month also marked the closest that Michigan online casinos have gotten to catching Pennsylvania online casinos in the revenue race.

June’s Michigan Online Casino Revenue Breakdown

Here’s a look at how each of the 15 online casinos in Michigan performed in June, compared to June 2025.

Data is provided by the Michigan Gaming Control Board via their revenue page.

Michigan’s May online casino revenue generated $60.8 million in state tax revenue, along with an additional $21.8 million going to city and local jurisdictions.

Michigan Just $2 Million Behind Pennsylvania in June

June isn’t typically a big month of revenue for online casinos.

But, Michigan’s $301.2 million is a really strong showing, considering that Pennsylvania iGaming tallied only $303.1 million for the month. The $1.9 million difference is the closest these two states have been in revenue yet, as PA has had a comfortable lead when it comes to being the top iGaming revenue driver in the US.

Back in March and April, Michigan had gotten within $9 million of Pennsylvania for monthly revenue, but that still felt like a lot of ground to gain.

June’s went a long way in closing that gap, as Hard Rock Bet Michigan and bet365 Michigan continue to provide a boost for the state.

Hard Rock launched in Michigan in December, while bet365 launched in mid-April. Those two combined brought in $29.2 million in revenue for June.

Michigan iGaming Nears $12 billion in Revenue

In July, Michigan will hit another milestone in its iGaming history.

With June’s total included, the state has now recorded $11.95 billion in lifetime online casino revenue.

That will easily surpass the $12 billion mark for the state when July’s data gets reported next month.

Michigan online casino revenue has continued a steady upward climb. Even June’s 25% year-over-year increase is far better than Pennsylvania (14.3%) and New Jersey (17.5%).

Through six months of 2026, Michigan has recorded $1.80 billion in revenue. That puts it well on pace to blast past last year’s yearly revenue record of $3.09 billion.

Typically the later months of the year produce the most revenue as well, so Michigan could be looking at moving well past $3.60 billion for iGaming revenue in 2026.
