Tail This High-Probability Week 7 NFL Parlay for Sunday

- Approaching Week 7 of the 2026 NFL season, we are starting to grow pretty good sample sizes for all teams
- There are a couple Week 7 matchups where one team not only holds a signficant advantage in key metrics, but the spread lines up for an ideal six-point tease

As we approach Week 7, we’re starting to put together some good sample sizes on every team, helping us determine their true strengths and weaknesses – and just who they are this season. With the growing sample size, it makes advantages in key metrics stand out a little bit more, since we know it’s not the result of one or two good performances.
I have identified two matchups in Week 7 where one team has a strong advantage over the other that I am confident in trusting, and the spreads in these games also fall into the perfect range for a six-point teaser in order to further improve the probability of these teams covering the spread. I have combined these two picks into my favorite NFL parlay for Week 7.
Week 7 NFL Parlay
This two-leg teaser is loaded with teams who hold significant advantages over their opponents in key metrics, and their standard spreads are perfect to tease by six points, getting us through two key numbers in NFL spread betting.
Here are the reasons why I like each of these teams:
Parlay Leg #1: Vikings -1
Even though the Colts do hold one key advantage in this matchup, I am making the Vikings -1 the first leg of my Week 7 NFL parlay. I like the Vikings at this teased spread, for the following reasons:
- Minnesota holds a +2.15 net pass yards per attempt advantage
- Minnesota holds a +18% advantage in net pressure differential
- Minnesota holds a +23% advantage in red zone touchdown gap
All three of these advantages cross the ideal thresholds by a large margin. While the Vikings offense has not been great with Kyler Murray under center, their defense has been dominant. Their ability to generate pressure on the quarterback is going to overwhelm Daniel Jones, who has not been right in returning from injury.
Minnesota will be able to slow down Jonathan Taylor and put Jones into third-and-long situations, where I don’t like him to have much success.
Indianapolis’ defense has not been good this season, and provide Murray with a fantastic opportunity to get himself right.
Parlay Leg #2: Chiefs +8.5
The second leg of my parlay is the Chiefs +8.5. The standard line in the game is Chiefs +2.5, but teasing it six points gets us through the key numbers of 3 and 7.
Of the six metrics I trust the most when it comes to determining an advantage in a matchup – net pass yards per attempt, overall success rate differential, net pressure differential, turnover vs efficiency divergence, red zone touchdown gap, and explosive play differential – the Chiefs hold the advantage in all six. They cross my ideal threshold in two of them:
- +6.1% overall success rate differential for the Chiefs
- +44.6% red zone touchdown gap for the Chiefs
Kansas City’s overall success rate differential is 53.8%, while Seattle’s is 47.7%. The Chiefs have been able to attack opposing defenses in many ways. While they will be without Rashee Rice again, the explosiveness of their running game with former Seahawk Kenneth Walker III has opened the field up for whichever receivers they have on the field.
Seattle’s one-dimensional offense will hold them back against a very good Chiefs defense, who will focus on removing Jaxon Smith-Njigba from the game.
I do not believe the Seahawks home field advantage can make up for the massive advantages Kansas City holds in a number of key metrics.
