  • The Masked Singer season four is down to the final nine contestants
  • Sun is the slight betting favorite to win the season, with Seahorse and Serpent close behind
  • See the odds to win The Masked Singer Season 4 and if there are any longshots worth wagering on

Through seven episodes of season four of The Masked Singer, the mysterious sensational Sun has been wowing judges with fantastic performances. In the latest installment, it was Janis Joplin’s Piece of my Heart that allowed her to advance to the Super Six, along with fellow competitor Popcorn, who sang (Everything I Do) I Do It for You by Bryan Adams. There is heated competition for who will be awarded the Golden Mask Trophy.

Before the season began Sun was the betting favorite to come out on top on the popular Fox hit show, and to date, there hasn’t been any disappointment. There have been clues to the identity of who that performer is, with some speculating that it could be LeAnn Rimes, Demi Lovato, Mandy Moore, or Carrie Underwood, among others.

Read on to see what the current betting odds are for the champion of season four of the Masked Singer and if there is anybody worth wagering on who might be a darkhorse contender for the Golden Mask Trophy.

Odds To Win Masked Singer Season 4

Contestant Odds
Sun +300
Seahorse +325
Serpent +350
Crocodile +375
Mushroom +400
Popcorn +425
Jellyfish +750
Whatcha Macallit +1800
Broccoli +3300

Odds taken Nov. 17

The Sun is The Clear Frontrunner

While we obviously don’t know the identity of The Sun, hence the mysterious nature of the masks, we do know some pertinent details about her past that would likely lead to her continuing her dominance in the competition.

In the past, she has at least one gold record, which means she sold at least 500k copies. That alone would lead to her being the favorite, which is what she was when the competition started.

Not to be outdone from Group A is Popcorn, who took out the Snow Owls to reach the Super Six. Considering the odds are +425 for a contestant that’s already gone through to the next round, you can do much worse with five people considered to have a better shot at winning.

Double Elimination In Group B Wednesday

There is going to be a double elimination on Wednesday’s episode with two of Seahorse, Serpent, Crocodile, and Whatcha Macallit headed home. With the first three contestants immediately following Sun’s odds to win the competition in this group, you’d be hard-pressed to expect Whatcha Maccalit to make it through the episode.

Only Broccoli faces a steeper climb to victory according to the oddsmakers than Whatcha Maccalit so they’ll likely face elimination. With such similar odds to each other, Crocodile is intriguing to wager on with the extra value over Seahorse and Serpent.

The Sun Too Good To Pass Up

It’s not often wagering on the betting favorite is super profitable, given that the value simply isn’t there like the other competitors, but after belting out Cuz I Love You in episode one, Praying in episode three, and the aforementioned Piece of my Heart in the latest episode, the Sun is in such a strong position to win this with the most votes, so it’s the shrewd move.

Pick: Sun (+300)
