The “Nigerian Nightmare” has vanquished some of the greatest welterweights in UFC history in dominant fashion. Usman has beat up on the likes of Demian Maia, Rafael Dos Anjos, Tyron Woodley, Colby Covington (x2), and Jorge Masvidal (x2) along the way.
Usman is known for his relentless wrestling and ground and pound, but he has also developed a powerful striking game in recent years. Unfortunately for Usman fans, he got caught with a devastating head kick at UFC 278.

On the other hand, Leon Edwards has quietly made his way up the welterweight rankings. Edwards has not lost a fight since 2015 and has overpowered some tough opponents, including Rafael dos Anjos, Donald Cerrone, and Nate Diaz.
