The Heat (10-11, 2-7 road) beat the Hawks 106-98 on Sunday in Atlanta for their third straight win following a four-game losing streak.
This is the first of a two-game series that concludes Friday. Wednesday’s game will be shown on NBA TV.

Heat Betting Outlook
Bam Adebayo led the Heat with 32 points and eight rebounds in the win over the Hawks. He had 14 points in the third quarter when Miami outscored Atlanta 34-21 to take an 85-81 lead.
That came after Adebayo had 38 points against the Washington Wizards in his previous game.
Adebayo had only one 30-point game this season prior to those two efforts. He also surpassed 5,000 career points Sunday.

Caleb Martin added 20 points, nine rebounds and four assists. It marked his third consecutive 20-point game after he did not reach that mark in his first 17 games of the season.
Mas Strus added 16 points after missing the previous two games with a shoulder injury. Dewayne Dedmon shot 6 of 7 from the field on his way to 13 points.
Tyler Herro notched his first career double-double with 11 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists.
The Heat held a commanding 58-34 advantage in points in the paint. That helped them offset making just 9 of 33 (27.3) three-point attempts.
Miami listed 11 of its 16 players on the pregame injury report. The Heat were hoping to get star swingman Jimmy Butler (knee) back Wednesday but will instead miss a seventh straight game.
Celtics Betting Outlook
The Celtics put Monday’s game out of reach quickly as they built a 45-19 lead over the Hornets by the end of the first quarter.
Jason Tatum scored 16 points in the opening period and finished with 35. It was the third straight game in which he scored least 30 and the 11th time in 20 games this season.
With a 30.5 scoring average, Tatum ranks fifth in the league and has +800 NBA MVP odds.
Marcus Smart matched his season high with 22 points and set a career best with 15 assists. It was Smart’s second 20-point outing of the season.
The reigning NBA Defensive Player of the Year, Smart is eighth in the NBA with 7.5 assists a game.
22 points on 6-9 shooting from downtown is pretty impressive 👀
But how about career-high 15 assists to go with it?! @smart_MS3 continues his stellar season and the Celtics just keep winning ☘️

Malcolm Brodgon scored 21 points in 22:30 off the bench as he made 8 of 9 field goal attempts. He also had six assists and five rebounds.
Tatum, Smart and Brodgon sat out the fourth quarter.
The Celtics shot 59.1% (55 of 93) overall and 46.2 (24 of 52) from distance. They also forced the Hornets into 20 turnovers.
Derrick White added 15 points and six assists while Sam Hauser scored 11 points and Blake Griffin contributed a season-high nine points.
The Celtics played without Jaylen Brown (neck), who scored 36 points the night before against the Wizards.
Heat vs Celtics Prediction
The Celtics have won four of their last five games against the Heat dating to last season’s Eastern Conference Final, which Boston won in seven games. The Celtics won the teams’ lone matchup this season, 111-104 on Oct. 22 in Miami, as Tatum had 29 points and Brown scored 28.
The Heat have some momentum, but their road record is worrisome, especially facing the best team in the NBA.
Pick: Celtics -9 (-110)
NBA Season Record: 2-0 (+2.0 units) ATS
