College Football Week 6 Parlay Picks
In our Week 6 college football parlay for Saturday, we have two favorites from the state of Texas, a Pac-12 powerhouse and a Big 12 sleeper team. Parlaying these four teams together gives us +189 odds at DraftKings.
Texas vs Oklahoma
The 2022 Red River Showdown isn’t carrying the same level of excitement as previous years due to both teams being unranked, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t betting value. The Longhorns are primed to take advantage of a reeling OU team that has dropped two straight.

Five-star QB Quinn Ewers will start at QB for Texas, while OU QB Dillon Gabriel is unlikely to play after suffering a concussion the previous week. It’ll be Texas running back Bijan Robinson, however, who has a monster day against an OU rush defense allowing almost 200 rushing yards per game.
Oklahoma has won four straight against Texas in this rivalry, and everything is lining up for the Longhorns to get their revenge in 2022. The Texas ML is a top option in Week 6 college football parlays.
Pick: Texas ML (-255)
TCU vs Kansas
Kansas has been a great story through the first five weeks of the CFB season, but the metrics point to their run ending in Week 6. With money pouring in on the Jayhawks due to the legalization of Kansas sports betting, they are a top fade option for Saturday.

TCU’s run offense is averaging an incredible 252 yards per game (7 YPC) and it’ll be the difference against a Kansas defense that is yet to face a true offensive test. Jalon Daniels and the KU offense has gotten plenty of praise, but Max Duggan and TCU have scored 38-plus points in every game.
TCU has won nine of the last 10 meetings between these teams, and the betting line is a bit off this year due to all the hype around the Jayhawks.
Pick: TCU ML (-255)
Texas Tech vs Oklahoma State
The riskiest play in our college football Week 6 parlay is the Cowboys’ moneyline against Texas Tech. There’s no doubt the undefeated Cowboys are the better team, but this is a classic trap game for Ok State following the Baylor game last weekend and a clash with TCU next week.

While we wouldn’t bet the spread, we still think Oklahoma State pulls this one off at home. Veteran QB Spencer Sanders owns some of the best stats in the country and should have another big day against a vulnerable TTU defense that has given up at least 27 points in four straight contests.
Texas Tech has already lost to NC State and Kansas State on the road this season, and we don’t see them snapping Ok State’s 11-game home winning streak. The Cowboys are the new favorites in the Big 12 Title odds for good reason.
Pick: Oklahoma State ML (-295)
Oregon vs Arizona
The final leg in our Week 6 college football parlay comes from the Pac-12 After Dark matchup between Oregon and Arizona. The Ducks have to travel to Tuscon for this game, but the 2021 matchup in Eugene produced a very lopsided result.
Quarterback Bo Nix is thriving in this Oregon offense, helping the Ducks put up 40-plus points in four straight weeks. Arizona may be able to hang around for a bit, but eventually, their defense, which is allowing over 400 yards per game, won’t be able to stop the Ducks from blowing this one open.
Pick: Oregon ML (-475)
- College Football Week 6 Parlay: Texas, TCU, Oklahoma State and Oregon (+189)
College Football Week 6 Teaser Odds
Matchup | Pick (Odds) |
---|---|
BYU vs Notre Dame | BYU +3.5 (Teaser +9.5) |
Florida State vs NC State | Florida State +3 (Teaser +9) |
TOTAL ODDS | +117 |
Odds as of October 7th at DraftKings Sportsbook.
College Football Week 6 Teaser Picks
In our Week 6 college football teaser, we’re teasing a couple of small underdogs with good upset potential. By teasing both teams by six points, we get them at over a touchdown with plus-money value.
BYU vs Notre Dame
BYU vs Notre Dame has all the making of a low-tempo game that is controlled on the ground. Notre Dame’s offense was able to have their best performance of the season in Week 5, but that was against a woefully bad North Carolina defense that is allowing over 500 yards per game.

BYU’s defense was able to limit Baylor’s offense to under 300 yards this season, and we see them having a big afternoon against an Irish attack that has struggled aside from the outlier performance against the Tar Heels.
BYU quarterback Jaren Hall is the best QB in this game, as he’s completing 74% of his passes with only one interception. Look for a big game from Hall and BYU’s defense to keep this game within one score, if not win this one outright as underdogs.
Pick: BYU +9.5 Alternate Spread (-205)
Florida State vs NC State
Many are down on Florida State following their loss to Wake Forest, but this is still a very good team with strong bounce-back potential in Week 6. In fact, PFF still has the Seminoles ranked as the ninth-best team in the country based on their premium metrics.

The Seminoles’ run game struggled in Week 5, but they have a solid RB trio in Treshaun Ward, Lawrance Toafili, and Trey Benson that should get on track this week. Clemson and DJ Uiagalelei were able to find success running the ball vs NC State last week, and FSU pivot Jordan Travis is another mobile QB.
Travis wasn’t able to play in this game last year when the Wolfpack won 28-14 in Tallahassee. The dual-threat QB ranks top 20 nationally with a 166.96 passer rating, and we see him having a big game both through the air and on the ground Saturday to keep this one close.
Pick: Florida State +9 Alternate Spread (-215)
- College Football Week 6 Teaser: BYU +9.5 and Florida State +9 (+117)
