Mostert’s running back mate Jeff Wilson Jr. is questionable to play in this one with a hip injury. If he doesn’t suit up, that’s more carries for Mostert to hit the over, and perhaps he’ll get more work anyway to keep Wilson Jr. upright. That’s something to consider in the Dolphins vs Bills player props.
The Bills have the 25th-ranked run defense, according to Pro Football Focus, which is something Mostert can exploit to go over the total.

In five of nine career meetings against his AFC East rivals, Allen has rushed for over that total. This could be a tough game for Allen to rack up yards through the air with it being a blizzard, so he could use his legs to hit this mark for the sixth time in his last eight contests.
