  • Read on for our best NFL parlays and teasers for Week 7

Week 7 in the NFL is here and while parity across the league has been more evident than ever, this week offers plenty of substantial favorites to consider for our weekly NFL parlays.

Or course you could also choose to add additional points to some of these big underdogs or bump up a short dog with extra points in an NFL teaser.

It was a 1-1 split last week in our parlays and teasers, cashing the three-team teaser but losing the parlay as the Bucs and Packers both suffered shock upsets. We’re now sitting at 4-8, -4.73 units.

Below we’ve picked out a few teams to include for your NFL Week 7 parlays and teasers this weekend.

NFL Week 7 Parlay Odds

This week’s parlay picks include three heavy favorites parlayed together for -114 odds as you can see in the table above.

NFL Week 7 Parlay Picks

Can the Raiders rebound off a loss after their bye week? Will the Bucs get right against a reeling Panthers team? And will the Pats extend their run to three wins in a row? We’re counting on all of the above in this week’s parlay.

Texans vs Raiders

  • Pick: Raiders

The Houston Texans are generally not a great team. They are 1-3-1 this season and were 4-13 in 2021. They were 4-12 in 2020. Away from home, they’ve won a total of five games in that time. Of those five road wins, three have come against Jacksonville. They will not be playing at TIAA Bank Field on Sunday, which probably means they are unlikely to win on the road. Furthermore starting QB Davis Mills is just 2-7 on the road himself.

The Raiders may be just 1-4 but they score an average of 25 PPG, ranking sixth overall. They should score enough to win this one, going up against a Houston defense ranking 23rd in passing and 30th in rushing yards allowed per game.

Buccaneers vs Panthers

  • Pick: Bucs

Tom Brady and the Tampa offense may not be firing on all cylinders right now but if there was ever a spot to turn things around it should be this one. The Panthers are only scoring 17.2 PPG, which oddly equals the exact total points that the Bucs’ defense allows per game. Outside of their one 22-14 win over the Saints, Carolina actually hasn’t scored more than 16 points in any other game.

Brady and the Bucs just lost to a combination of Mitchell Trubisky and Kenny Pickett last week. So I wouldn’t take them as double-digit favorites in any picks against the spread. However, the Panthers have fired their coach, traded away Robbie Anderson and Christian McCaffrey and are down to PJ Walker at QB. Tom Brady may retire again mid-season if they lose here.

Bears vs Patriots

  • Pick: Patriots

Bailey Zappy is 2-0 as a starter. That may not be enough to keep his spot at QB1 this week as Mac Jones looks set to return from injury, Jones started the season 1-2 throwing for just two touchdowns compared to five interceptions. But the Patriots are coming off back-to-back impressive performances winning 38-15 in Cleveland last week and blanking the league’s third-highest scoring offense in the Lions 29-0 the week prior.

If the Bears are to have any success it will likely come from the ground where they rank second in yards per game. However, New England just held the league’s top rusher, Nick Chubb, to 56 yards last week.

Justin Fields has only thrown for over 200 yards once this season and has four touchdowns, to five INTs. If New England can replicate the job they did against the rush last week again in Week 7, I’m banking on Jones or Zappy doing enough to get the Pats the win on Monday Night Football to complete this Week 7 parlay.

  • NFL Parlay Week 7 picks: Raiders, Bucs, Patriots (-114); risk 1 unit

NFL Week 7 Teaser Odds

Matchup Pick (Teaser Odds)
Colts vs Titans   +2.5 (teaser +10.5)
Giants vs Jaguars +3  (teaser +11)
Jets vs Broncos +0.5 (teaser +8.5)
TOTAL ODDS +108

This week we’re adding points to three road underdogs and getting them all at 8.5 or more points.

Colts vs Titans

  • Pick: Colts (+10.5)

The Titans have the Colts’ number of late having won each of the past four meetings including a 24-17 win in Indianapolis earlier this month on October 2. In a scheduling quirk, the AFC South rivals will meet up again just three weeks later.

Since losing to Tennessee, Indy has gone on to win 12-9 in Denver and won 34-27 at home to Jacksonville. Meanwhile, Tennessee beat the Commanders 21-17 and was on a bye last week.

Titans’ running back Derrick Henry ran all over the Colts for 114 yards and a score three weeks ago. Henry ranks tenth in rushing yards and against the Colts’ 21st-ranked run D he could have another productive day. If the Titans win again, it’s likely because Indy fails to contain Henry.

But the Titans are getting carved up in their secondary allowing a league-worst 287.6 YPG through the air. Colts’ QB Matt Ryan’s best days may be behind him but he’s still second overall in passing yards with 1,765.

Michael Pittman Jr was held to just 31 yards on three catches against the Titans in Week 3 and shutting him down again could be hard to replicate. The Colts’ WR is coming off a 13-catch 134-yard performance last week against the Jags.

The Titans have three members of the secondary on the IR and according to Pro Football Focus rank 30th in EPA allowed per passing play and 26th in team coverage grades. I’ll predict the Colts do a better job of keeping this one close and will keep this within single digits if they do in fact lose.

Giants vs Jaguars

  • Pick: Giants (+11)

The Jags jumped out of the gates at 2-1 but have since lost three straight and are now 2-4. Their last home game saw them score just six points against the 1-3-1 Texans. Last week their offense returned, putting up 27, but their defense let them down in a 34-27 defeat in Indianapolis.

At 5-1, the Giants are the surprise team of the season and one of the top teams in the league. Saquon Barkley is second in league rushing, the Giants’ defense ranks 15th in yards allowed per game, and Daniel Jones, while only throwing for five TDs, has managed games well without committing turnovers, only throwing two INTs on the year.

Brian Daboll has his team bought in and they’ve won three straight. Win or lose, I don’t see them losing by double digits in Jacksonville.

Jets vs Broncos

  • Pick: Jets  (+8.5)

Denver is fresh off another uninspiring prime-time defeat, losing 19-16 to the LA Chargers in Week 6. They’ve lost three in a row, are 2-4 on the year and average a hard-to-imagine 15.2 PPG. That ranks dead last with Chicago.

When you average 15 points per game, it’s going to be hard to create separation with anyone, much less a team like that Jets who are 4-2, have won three straight and average 23.8 points per game. If the Jets can score somewhere near 20 points, that means Denver will nead to get close to 30 to make us lose this NFL teaser, which is hard to see happening.

Outside of a 32-23 loss (9 points), Broncos’ games have been decided by 1, 7, 1, 3 and 3 points. You may be able to tease either team in this game, but I’ll side with the Jets.

  • NFL Teaser Week 7 picks (8 points): Colts +10.5, Giants +11, Jets +8.5 (+108); risk 1 unit
