Biggest Week 10 Spread: Broncos vs Chiefs (-9.5)

The biggest spread in Week 10 is in the Denver Broncos (5-4) vs Kansas City Chiefs (7-0) matchup, where the still-unbeaten Chiefs are 9.5-point home favorites. No other spread is over 6.5.

The two-time defending Super Bowl-champion Chiefs remain the +450 favorites in the Super Bowl odds, well ahead of the Detroit Lions and Baltimore Ravens, who are tied for second at +650. While KC is undefeated straight-up this year, they are only 5-2 against the spread heading into a MNF game with Tampa Bay.

The Broncos, one of the surprise teams of the first half, are 6-3 ATS, which is the seventh-best cover rate in the league so far. Some of the sheen came off Denver in Week 9, however, when the Broncos were pasted 41-10 in Baltimore by the Ravens. Rookie QB Bo Nix was just 19-of-33 for 223 yards, no touchdowns, one interception, and four sacks.

Highest Week 10 Total: Dolphins vs Rams (50.5 O/U)

Just as the Broncos/Chiefs spread is three points greater than any other Week 10 line, the game total in Dolphins/Rams is two points higher than any other over/under. The Miami vs Detroit O/U has opened at 50.5, while the next-highest total on the board is Lions/Texans and 49ers/Buccaneers, both at 48.5.

Neither the Dolphins nor Rams have been played in particularly high-scoring games this season, overall. Miami is just 2-6 O/U while the Rams are 2-5 O/U. But both suffered from a rash of offensive injuries early in the year and both are trending towards being healthier.

For the Dolphins, the big absence was QB Tua Tagovailoa. But the oft-concussed Alabama product has now made it through two straight games unscathed, and Miami has put up 27 points in each.

Lowest Week 10 Total: Titans vs Chargers (37.5)

The lowest Week 10 total is in the Titans vs Chargers game in Los Angeles, which has opened with an O/U of just 37.5, one point lower than Patriots vs Bears.

The Chargers have managed to go 5-3 O/U this season without a single one of their games going over 40 points. Oddsmakers have been all over the defense-first Chargers from the jump.

The Titans have been the best under bet in the season so far, going 1-7 O/U. They have the second-worst scoring offense in the league (17.5 PPG) and a subpar-but-not-abhorrent defense (26.7 PPG).
