Henry on Record-Setting Pace

In addition to connecting on a three-yard touchdown pass that effectively sealed Saturday’s win for Tennessee as a 10-point underdog, Henry also found his way into the NFL record book. With his 195-yard performance, Henry has now run for 377 yards in two playoff outings, and becomes the first player in NFL history to top 180 rushing yards in three straight games.

Henry’s record-breaking exploits have not been limited to his past three outings. The 26-year-old led all rushers during the regular season with 1540 yards and 16 touchdowns in 15 appearances. The Alabama Crimson Tide product has been particularly prolific since mid-November, piling up 896 rushing yards while appearing in six of the Titans’ final seven regular season games. And with 1273 rushing yards and 71 receiving yards, Henry has accounted for over 42.5% of the Titans’ total yardage in the past eight contests he has appeared in, while scoring 11 of the squad’s 32 touchdowns.

Titans Resurgence Coincides with Henry’s Emergence

It’s no surprise that the resurgence that propelled the Titans to the AFC Championship game coincided with Henry’s offensive explosion. Henry averaged just 69 rushing yards per game during the Titans’ shaky 2-4 start, a run that saw Tennessee score more than 13 points on just one occasion.

Conversely, the Titans have scored 28 or more points on seven occasions during their current 7-2 run, and after entering the playoffs as a lengthy +4333 bet in the 2020 Super Bowl odds, they’re now down to between +500 and +550 at sportsbooks.

The real value for sports bettors confident in Tennessee’s ability to claim its first-ever Super Bowl title can be found in Henry’s Super Bowl MVP odds

While the Titans remain an attractive bet, even with their dramatically improved Super Bowl odds, the real value for sports bettors confident in Tennessee’s ability to claim its first-ever Super Bowl title can be found in Henry’s Super Bowl MVP odds.

Henry the Wager of Choice for Loyal Titans Bettors

Pegged at a lengthy +2500 in Super Bowl MVP betting entering this weekend, Henry now trails only Patrick Mahomes and Jimmy Garoppolo following Saturday’s win, and is likely to remain key to Tennessee’s championship aspirations.

In addition, Henry is just one of two Titans cracking the list of 29 players in the Super Bowl MVP odds, well ahead of quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who now makes his debut on the odds board at +2500.

While the Titans defense has been exceptional all season, and especially in the team’s back-to-back upset wins, Henry provides an invaluable spark to the offense. Simply put, as Henry goes, so go the Titans. That makes a wager on Henry to win Super Bowl MVP the preferred bet for sports bettors looking for Tennessee to go all the way.
