After taking Thanksgiving off, the NHL is back in full swing in time for teams to begin shopping for wins on Black Friday. There are 13 games on schedule, meaning all but six of the league’s 32 teams will be in action.
It’s said that close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades but they might want to amend that to include games between the Washington Capitals and Florida Panthers. Six of the last seven times those two teams clashed, a one-goal difference decided the outcome of the game.
Then there are those teams who just seems to always have the number of certain opponents and are always worthy of consideration in the NHL betting odds. The St Louis Blues have won five straight from the Chicago Blackhawks. The Philadelphia Flyers were winners in four of their last five games against the Carolina Hurricanes
