The halftime show at the Super Bowl was not always the spectacle that we know it to be today. The first 20 halftime shows were mostly filled with marching bands, high school bands, and some non-profit organizations putting on performances. Most of these shows all carried themes, generally saluting or providing tribute to a city or anniversary.

It wasn’t until 1993 that the halftime show really took off. This is all thanks to Fox network airing a special episode of In Living Color at the same time as Gloria Estefan’s 1992 Super Bowl halftime show, resulting in many lost viewers for CBS. After seeing all the lost viewership in 1992, we were treated to Michael Jackson in the 1993 halftime show.

Since then, the halftime show has taken on a life of its own, and even comes with its own set of Super Bowl props at sportsbooks. The two most popular halftime show props are the first and last songs performed during the show.

Fans will be treated to Bad Bunny during the halftime show of Super Bowl 60 in Santa Clara, California. Whether he brings anyone else with him is anyone’s guess at this point—which you can bet on! If you’re trying to find some trends from past performances, you’ll see the performers as well as first and last songs played for every halftime show since Super Bowl 25.

Bad Bunny Super Bowl Halftime Show Odds

There are many different prop markets available for betting Super Bowl 60’s Halftime Show, which will be headlined by Bad Bunny, including but not limited to: first and last songs performed, who will perform with Bad Bunny, and what songs will he perform. You’ll find the odds for each below.

Odds to Be First Song Bad Bunny Performs

Titi Me Pregunto was the first song played during the halftime show!

As of Saturday night, the event contract platform Kalshi pretty heavily favors “Titi Me Pregunto” to be the first song Bad Bunny performs during his Super Bowl 60 Halftime Show.

However, this market has been quite volatile, as earlier this week, we saw “BAILE INoVIDABLE” listed as the favorite. This song was given as high as an 84% probability to be the first song played on Jan 19. It’s now down to just 5%.

This aligns pretty closely with DraftKings’ odds on the first song played.

Song TitleDraftKings Odds
Titi Me Pregunto-400
BAILE INoLVIDABLE+500
MONACO+500
ALAMBRE PuA+600
La MuDANZA+600

DraftKings users in the US are unable to bet on these odds, unfortunately, as they are only available on Ontario sports betting apps. While the implied probability from the odds for Titi Me Pregunto are somewhat close to the probability at Kalshi, you will notice DraftKings is charging quite a bit more juice on the other top contenders than Kalshi is.

You would get a much nicer payout through the trading platform if you want to bet this prop.

According to DraftKings on Sunday afternoon, this is what the action has looked like at their sportsbook for the first song performed by Bad Bunny:

  • Titi Me Pregunto: 71% of money / 10% of bets
  • Chambea: 9% / 19%
  • BAILE INoLVIDABLE: 4% / 12%
  • MONACO: 3% / 10%
  • NOEVAYoL: 2% / 10%

The bets are really spread around across many different songs, with “BAILE INoLVIDABLE” having the most bets on it. However, the bigger bets are seeming to be all coming in on “Titi Me Pregunto.” To have 71% of the money wagered on just 10% of the bets is quite significant.

You can also trade on which songs will be played, regardless of when they pop up in his setlist. According to Kalshi’s market, there are three songs that are seen as a near certainty to be played:

  1. BAILE INoLVIDABLE
  2. DtMF
  3. Titi Me Pregunto

Then “NUEVAYoL” is heavily favored to be played as well. You can click on the list above to see the latest chances for all songs Kalshi has listed for trading.

Odds to Perform at Super Bowl Halftime with Bad Bunny

Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin performed with Bad Bunny at the Super Bowl 60 halftime show.

According to Kalshi, it’s more likely than not that Cardi B will perform with Bad Bunny during the Super Bowl 60 Halftime Show. They also give Karol G a near-even chance, and then reasonable probabilities to JHAYCO and Rasalia.

Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin are apparently near certainties to perform. But if you click the list above, you can see all the different artists Kalshi is offering trading on.

DraftKings also has odds on this, but they’re only available for betting in Ontario, Canada.

ArtistOdds to Perform at Halftime Show
Cardi B-250
J Balvin-150
Jennifer Lopez-120
Karol G+100
Travis Scott+100

Similar to the other markets from DraftKings above, they are charging a lot more vig on these props, limiting the payout potential for winning these bets.

Odds to Be Last Song Bad Bunny Performs

Song TitleOdds
EoO+210
DtMF+220
La MuDANZA+380
CAFe CON RON+600

DtMF was the last song performed during the halftime show.

At the moment, Kalshi does not have a market available for trading on the last song that will be played by Bad Bunny at the Halftime Show. The odds above are from FanDuel, but (again) not available for betting in the US.

But based on past halftime show trends, it is unlikely he is going to open with anything brand new. That goes against the odds, though, as “Not Like Us” is the favorite to be the first song played and it’s from his most recent album.

The Super Bowl halftime show expects to get underway around 8pm ET.

Halftime Show First and Last Song Trends

  • Justin Timberlake’s Super Bowl 52 halftime show is the only one in the last 19 years to begin with a song that is less than a year old – the single “Filthy” was released less than a month earlier. “The Way You Move” at Super Bowl 38 was the previous first song that was less than a year old.
  • Lady Gaga’s Super Bowl 51 halftime show is the only one in the last 17 years where the first song played was not a single from the performing artist – Gaga went political with a “God Bless America / This Land Is Your Land” mashup. Prince opening with “We Will Rock You” was the previous instance.
  • Only 4 of the last 13 first songs played at Super Bowl halftime shows featuring modern artists were less than three years old, with 7 of them being less than seven years old – Gaga’s political choice joins Coldplay (Yellow), Maroon 5 (Harder to Breathe), and Rihanna (Better Have My Money) as the only first songs played that were released more than seven years before the halftime show; the Super Bowl 2022 Halftime Show was not counted towards this trend, since most were not modern.
  • Each last song performed in the last 24 Super Bowl halftime shows has been a single released by one of the performing artists in the show. The last one that wasn’t was “Dancing in the Street” at Super Bowl 32.
