The Week 10 Sunday slate of games concludes with a pivotal game within the AFC between the 5-3 Steelers and 6-3 Chargers. Pittsburgh is tops in their AFC North division, while LA is second in the AFC West, behind the Broncos.

Steelers vs Chargers Prop Pick #1: Justin Herbert Over 25.5 Rushing Yards

Believe it or not, the quarterback in the NFL this season with the most rushing yards is Justin Herbert, who has accumulated 305 yards, which is just one shy of his 306 all of last season (ranked 13th).

In six of nine contests this year, he’s topped at least 31 yards, and dating back to last regular season, he’s gone over his listed total in eight of twelve contests. Herbert will be facing a Steelers squad that is slightly better than league average in stopping the run, so he should have plenty of chances to gain his total yardage.

• Justin Herbert Over 25.5 Rushing Yards (-109)

PIT vs LAC Player Prop #2: Oronde Gadsden II Over 53.5 Receiving Yards

For my next prop, I’m going with impressive rookie tight end Oronde Gadsden II having another huge game against the Steelers defense. The fifth round selection had three modest games in his career, but has exploded with at least 68 yards (along with a pair of TD’s) in his last four outings. The high water mark was 164 yards against the Colts three duels ago.

He’s also going to be facing a Steelers unit that has surrendered 72.6 yards per battle on average versus opposing tight ends. That mark is the fourth worst in the NFL, meaning Gadsden might feast Sunday night.

He also features prominently in John Hyslop’s Steelers vs Chargers same-game parlay, which also has the rookie having a phenomenal evening.

• Oronde Gadsden II Over 54.5 Receiving Yards (-113)

Moving over to the Steelers vs Chargers touchdown scorer props, Jaylen Warren has the shortest odds to record a TD at +125. The player most likely to find the end zone for the Chargers is Kimani Vidal at +135.

Steelers vs Chargers Prop Pick #3: DK Metcalf Anytime TD

For an anytime touchdown scorer, I’m going to select a relatively chalky pick in Steelers wide receiver DK Metcalf. He paces the team with five receiving TD’s on the campaign, finding pay dirt in five of his last seven affairs.

It won’t be easy for Metcalf, with LA only allowing five touchdowns to wideouts this season, but he’s clearly Aaron Rodgers’ favorite target in the red zone. Metcalf should get quite a few looks when Pittsburgh is driving.
