It’s the end of the road for one of the San Antonio Spurs or the OKC Thunder, as they square off in Game 7 of the Western Conference Final.
The winner gets to host Game 1 of the NBA Finals, with the well-rested and New York Knicks coming to town.
The books like the defending champs to advance, setting them as 3.5-point favorites in the NBA odds, and it’s likely going to take one other star to help struggling two-time MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to get to the finish line.
That’ a big reason why Chet Holmgren is featured in my top player prop bets for Game 7.
Read below for a list of all Spurs vs Thunder odds, from their NBA starting lineups to the reserves, and my best bets.

DraftKings opened Victor Wembanyama’s point total at 25.5, but FanDuel set a significantly higher bar at 27.5. Bettors clearly expect San Antonio to run the half-court offense exclusively through their franchise cornerstone in a do-or-die scenario.
A similar split occurred with Gilgeous-Alexander. He saw a modest 29.5 points opener at DraftKings before settling at a 30.5 consensus line. The Spurs struggle mightily with ball security, coughing up 15.4 turnovers per game.
When they turn the ball over, it allows Gilgeous-Alexander to attack an unset defense in transition. Extra offensive possessions raise his scoring floor, giving him the volume needed to clear this lofty bar.
Thunder vs Spurs Prop Pick #1: Chet Holmgren Points
Pick 1:Chet Holmgren UNDER 13.5 points (-115 at bet365)
While he averaged 17.1 points per game during the regular season, his production has cratered against San Antonio’s formidable frontcourt. Through six games in this series, Holmgren has tallied just 71 total points, averaging a mere 11.8 points per contest.
Looking at his recent output, the decline is stark. Over his last five postseason games, Holmgren is averaging only 12.6 points. A massive factor here is his perimeter shooting. He has connected on just 14.3% of his three-point attempts over that span. San Antonio is limiting opponents to a 32.8% mark from beyond the arc for the entire postseason. With the defense contesting everything at the rim, I expect another low-scoring night.
OKC Thunder vs SA Spurs Prop Pick #2: Stephon Castle Assists
Pick 2: Stephon Castle OVER 6.5 Assists (-150 at bet365)
Castle has stepped up as the primary facilitator for the Spurs, establishing a sturdy baseline of 7.4 assists per game during the regular season. His playmaking travels well, as he maintained a reliable 7.3 assists per game in away contests.
Stephon Castle Western Conference Finals Stats
In this Western Conference Finals clash, his facilitation has only amplified. Through six games against the Thunder, Castle has racked up 47 assists, good for an impressive 7.8 per game average. He is averaging 7.2 assists over his last five postseason games, keeping his passing volume comfortably above this 6.5 threshold on a nightly basis.
Furthermore, Castle is highly effective when he looks to score. He holds a true shooting percentage of 61.6% for the postseason. This scoring efficiency forces Oklahoma City defenders to respect his drive, which ultimately opens up clear passing lanes to his teammates. With San Antonio relying heavily on Castle to dissect the defense on the road, taking the Over is my premier play.
