TCU visits Arizona on Friday, Nov. 6, with kickoff set for 10:15 p.m. ET. It is the final game on Friday’s college football board, and the Wildcats enter as the clear favorite on Kalshi.
Through eight games, Arizona has the more productive offense by a wide margin. TCU counters with the stingier defense, allowing just 14.1 points per game.
Arizona brings the more accurate passing game into this matchup. TCU’s defense answers by holding opponents to a 31.4% conversion rate on third down.
TCU vs Arizona Prediction
- Forecast: Arizona wins outright behind a more efficient passing attack and a clear third-down edge.
Arizona averages 34.9 points per game, compared to 23.3 for TCU. The Wildcats also gain 455.6 total yards per game against 390.5 for the Horned Frogs.
Third down is where the gap grows. Arizona converts 52.4% of its chances (55 of 105), while TCU sits at 42.7% (47 of 110).
Quarterback Noah Fifita drives much of that efficiency. He has completed 200 of 270 passes (74.1%) for 2,481 yards, 19 touchdowns and four interceptions in eight games.
TCU’s Jaden Craig has completed 175 of 269 attempts (65.1%) for 2,207 yards, 11 touchdowns and six interceptions. He has been productive, but less precise.
Arizona also finishes drives better. The Wildcats have scored touchdowns on 22 of 32 red-zone trips, while TCU has 17 touchdowns on 30 trips.
TCU’s defense is the Horned Frogs’ best counter, allowing 287.6 yards per game. Arizona’s accuracy and red-zone finishing still give the Wildcats the edge.
TCU vs Arizona Picks
- Pick: TCU vs Arizona Over 46.5
Arizona to win outright costs 73¢ on Kalshi, a steep price for the moneyline. The better value in this matchup is the Over.
These offenses combine for 58.1 points per game, 11.6 points above the 46.5 total.
TCU’s defense allows just 14.1 points per game, but Arizona’s passing attack is built to test it. The Wildcats average 324.1 passing yards per game, and Fifita completes 74.1% of his throws.
That accuracy keeps Arizona ahead of the chains. The Wildcats convert 52.4% on third down, and sustained drives create more snaps and more scoring chances.
Arizona also cashes in once it gets close. The Wildcats have scored on 28 of 32 red-zone trips (87.5%), with 22 of those ending in touchdowns.
TCU can hold up its end. The Horned Frogs average 275.9 passing yards per game, while Arizona allows 199.8 through the air and 18.9 points per game.
Turnovers can create short fields too. TCU has 13 giveaways this season, and Arizona’s defense has forced seven takeaways.
With both passing games built to move the ball, I’m backing the Over at 51¢.
