  • Week 10 on the college football calendar continues Saturday, and one underdog brings enough offense to justify an outright wager
  • I’m also targeting a road favorite thanks to its defense and red zone proficiency
  • Read below for my college football prediction market picks for Week 10 and Saturday best bets

Week 10 brings a loaded Saturday slate, but backing the biggest favorites in the college football odds isn’t the only way to play it. My college football prediction market picks focus on two outright winners and an underdog getting more than a touchdown.

All three plays are priced on Kalshi as of Friday, and the market may move before kickoff. If you are new to prediction market apps, make sure you shop around to find the best price.

The Nov. 7 card includes Clemson at Syracuse, Texas at Missouri and Miami at Notre Dame. Below, I break down the numbers behind each pick and how Malachi Toney’s injury changes the Hurricanes’ outlook. Keep reading for my college football prediction market picks for Week 10, including my Saturday best bets.

These Saturday CFB best bets range from 44¢ to 57¢. Each contract pays $1 if the selected outcome wins; fees affect the final return.

1. Clemson vs. Syracuse Prediction: Syracuse to Win

  • Pick: Syracuse to Win (Yes at 44¢ on Kalshi)

Syracuse has put together an offense that can support an outright play. The Orange average 31.4 points and 436.5 yards per game, with a 40.2% third-down conversion rate. Those numbers describe a team that can string first downs together instead of needing one explosive play to keep pace.

Syracuse also arrives with momentum after a 30-27 win over No. 19 SMU last weekend, its second straight ACC victory. Steve Angeli went 21-of-34 for 200 yards and a touchdown without an interception. The Orange scored the winning touchdown with 17 seconds left, and the defense posted four sacks.

Clemson is coming off a 36-24 win over Florida State and has gone 11-2 in regular-season road games since November 2023, so this is no soft spot. At 44¢, though, buyers aren’t paying a favorite’s premium for Syracuse. I’m not projecting a comfortable win, but scoring production and third-down efficiency give the Orange a credible path.

2. Texas vs. Missouri Prediction: Texas to Win

  • Pick: Texas to Win (Yes at 57¢ on Kalshi)

My Texas vs Missouri prediction starts with the Longhorns’ defense. They allow 17.12 points and 273.1 yards per game. The run defense has been especially stingy, giving up 102.4 rushing yards per game and 2.8 yards per carry.

Offensively, Texas has scored on 28 of 30 red-zone trips (93.3%), and 20 of those trips ended in touchdowns. The Longhorns’ last two wins, 34-27 over Ole Miss and 31-3 over Mississippi State, show a team that can win both close games and comfortable ones.

Texas’ run defense can force Missouri into longer third downs, while its red-zone finishing gives the Longhorns a way to turn sustained drives into points. Those are the strengths I’m backing at 57¢ in this SEC road test.

3. Miami vs. Notre Dame Prediction: Miami +7.5

  • Pick: Miami +7.5 (No on “Notre Dame wins by over 7.5” at 53¢ on Kalshi)

Malachi Toney is out after suffering a high ankle sprain at practice on Nov. 4, and surgery is planned. His 73 catches, 1,027 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns make this a major absence.

Miami still has an experienced quarterback and several scoring options in this battle of National Championship odds contenders. In the 38-35 road win over North Carolina that moved the Hurricanes to 8-0, Heisman Trophy odds candidate Darian Mensah went 22-of-29 for 274 yards and three touchdowns. Mark Fletcher Jr. ran 13 times for 43 yards and scored three total touchdowns, one of them on a reception.

Without Toney, a Miami outright win is less dependable, so I’d rather take the cushion. The No contract cashes if Miami wins or loses by seven or fewer, so a one-touchdown loss still covers. I’m taking Miami +7.5 at 53¢ rather than asking the Hurricanes to win outright.
