The 49ers (9-4) are on a six-game winning streak and would wrap up the division title with a victory. McCaffrey has rushed for 819 yards this season, which is 12th in the NFL.

The Seahawks (7-6) have lost three of their last four games. Smith is sixth in the league with 3,433 passing yards.

TNF Prop #1: Christian McCaffrey Rushing Yards

The 49ers are down to the rookie Purdy as their third-string quarterback following season-ending injuries to Trey Lance and Jimmy Garoppolo. However, the presence of running back Christian McCaffrey takes some pressure off Purdy.

The 49ers had a season-high 205 rushing yards last week when they routed the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 35-7 in Purdy’s first career start. McCaffrey had 119 yards and one touchdown on 14 carries.

The Seahawks have struggled to stop the run this season, giving up 160.5 yards a game. That is the second-worst mark in the NFL.

Christian McCaffrey Rushing Last 5 Games

Game Carries Yards Touchdowns
12/11 Buccaneers 14 119 1
12/4 Dolphins 17 66 0
11/27 Saints 11 32 0
11/21 Cardinals 7 39 0
11/13 Chargers 14 38 1

When the teams met in Week 2, the 49ers rushed for 189 yards in a 27-7 win at home. And that was before they acquired McCaffrey from the Carolina Panthers in a trade.

The Seahawks have allowed at least 200 yards on the ground in two of their last three games after doing so just eight times in the previous 10 seasons. Look for McCaffrey to run wild in this one.

Pick: Christian McCaffrey Over 79.5 Rushing Yards -115 (1 unit)

TNF Prop #2: Geno Smith Passing Yards

Smith has been one of the league’s bigger surprises, filling in capably following the offseason trade of franchise icon Russell Wilson to the Denver Broncos. This is Smith’s first season as a full-time starter since 2014 with the New York Jets.

However, Smith was held to 197 yards passing by the 49ers in September despite completing 24 of 30 attempts. He did not have any touchdown passes and was intercepted once.

Smith threw two interceptions in a game for the first time all season last week in a 30-24 loss to the Panthers. He was 21 of 36 for 264 yards and three TDs. Smith’s 58.3% completion was his lowest of the season.

Perhaps the magic is beginning to wear off for Smith, who has +20000 NFL MVP odds. He will likely have a hard time regaining it against the 49ers, who lead the league in total defense and scoring defense.

Pick: Geno Smith Under 237.5 Passing Yards -110 (1 unit)

TNF Prop #3: Tyler Lockett Anytime Touchdown

It seems counterintuitive to pick an opposing player to score against the 49ers. They have not given up more than 17 points in any game of their six-game win streak.

However, Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett has a touchdown reception in a franchise-record six straight games. That is the longest streak in the NFL since Davante Adams also had six in a row in 2020.

Considering the Seahawks have rushed for as many as 100 yards only once in the last six games, Lockett should see plenty of targets. And he has shown a knack for getting into the end zone lately.

Pick: Tyler Lockett +138 anytime touchdown scorer (0.5 unit)

TNF Prop Bet Record: Week 14. 1-2, Overall: 16-29 (-11.5 units)
