  • Read on for our best NFL parlays and teasers for Week 8

Week 8 in the NFL offers up a few heavy favorites that are well-worth tying into a parlay. While having many teams performing at mediocre levels this year also creates teaser opportunities. We’ve picked through this week’s card to find the best parlays and teasers to use for your NFL bets here,

Will favorites like Dallas, Philly and Buffalo come through for us this week? Or will they let us down like the Buccaneers did last week?

Once again, Tom Brady burned us in the parlay last week. The Bucs may just be unbettable right now. They just lost again on TNF. But we did hit on the three-team teaser. That means last week was 1-1, +0.08 units, leaving us at 5-9, -4.65 units on the year in parlays and teasers.

Below we’ve picked out a few teams to include for your NFL Week 8 parlays and teasers this weekend.

NFL Week 8 Parlay Odds

NFL Week 8 Parlay Picks

We have a few massive home favorites this week included in our three-team parlay. The Bears, Steelers and Packers are a combined 8-13, going up against the Cowboys, Eagles and Bills who have combined for a 16-3 record and we’ll bank on those trends continuing in Week 8.

Bears vs Cowboys

  • Pick: Cowboys

The Bears are coming off a huge Monday Night Football win over the New England Patriots, 33-14. They’re still just 3-4 on the season and 1-3 on the road. Chicago decided to focus on what they do best and ran all over New England, rushing for 243 yards. The Patriots were also bouncing between an ineffective Mac Jones and third-string Bailey Zappe at QB. While Zappe provided a jolt to the Pats’ offense in relief at first, he still threw two INTs, while Jones also threw one as well.

Bears’ QB Justin Fields is 26th in passing yards, 34th in completion percentage and has been sacked the most times in the league at 27.

Fields looks to be in for a long day against a Cowboys’ defense that ranks first in sacks (29) and seventh in interceptions (7).

On a short week, on the road, against a Dallas offense with Dak Prescott back under center who beat Detroit 24-6 last week, I can’t see a path to victory here for the Bears pulling a shock upset.

Steelers vs Eagles

  • Pick: Eagles

The 2-5 Steelers, 1-3 on the road, visit the still undefeated 6-0 Eagles in a battle of Pennsylvania.

Only three teams allow fewer points per game than the Eagles’ 17.5. Only three teams score more than the Eagles’ 26.8 PPG. The Steelers are way down in 22nd in points allowed per game (23.1) and even lower in points scored, 31st at 15.3.

The Steelers have scored ten, 20 and three points in their past three games. Kenny Pickett may be the future for Pittsburgh, but he was picked off three times last week against Miami and has now thrown just two TDs compared to five INTs.

Jalen Hurts and Philadelphia are the team of the present and have already won by 17, eight and nine points at home this season. The Steelers may put up some resistance, but we’re taking Philly to come out on top as part of this NFL parlay.

Packers vs Bills

  • Pick: Bills

Green Bay is now 3-4 and riding a three-game losing skid after surprising defeats to the Commanders, Jets and Giants in the past three weeks.

If Green Bay has any shot against the Bills, favorites in the Super Bowl odds, it may come in the form that they are first in passing yards allowed per game. They’re much weaker against the run on defense, ranking 27th. However, Buffalo doesn’t really run the ball, unless QB Josh Allen is taking off with the ball himself. They rank 16th in rushing YPG.

But even if the Packers do find a way to close down the league’s top offense in yards per game, and second-highest scoring offense in PPG, it’s just too hard to see them going blow-for-blow with the Bills in Buffalo where they are 2-0.

Green Bay is 20th in YPG on offense and their 18.3 PPG is 23rd. Aaron Rodgers doesn’t have enough weapons to match Buffalo’s nearly 30-point-per-game scoring offense. In fact, Rodgers himself popped up on the injury report this week and missed practice with a thumb injury. That’s in addition to Randall Cobb being on the IR, Sammy Watkins being listed as questionable and Allen Lazard listed as doubtful. This could get ugly.

Patriots vs Jets

  • Pick: Jets +11

It’s a big AFC East showdown between the 3-4 Patriots traveling to MetLife to face the 5-2 Jets. New England comes off a humiliating thrashing by the Bears on MNF, while the J-E-T-S are riding high on the back of four-straight wins. However, they haven’t defeated the Patriots since 2015, a run of 12 straight Pats’ wins.

Those four wins have all come with Zach Wilson under center. Wilson hasn’t been spectacular but has done enough to get the Jets the W. Wilson has thrown only one touchdown but has also only thrown two picks. All those came in his first game. He’s 0/0 in TD/INT stats the past three games. He’s also only been sacked eight times.

Wilson hasn’t needed to find the endzone as rookie running back Breece Hall has scored four times on the ground and ranks tenth in league rushing. However, Hall is likely done for the year with an ACL injury. The Jets moved quickly to replace Hall, trading for Jacksonville’s James Robinson who has 340 rushing yards and three touchdowns himself this season.

If Robinson can do his best Hall impersonation in Week 8, and the Jets’ tenth-ranked defense can remain stout, they should be able to at least keep this one close.

Giants vs Seahawks

  • Pick: Giants +11.5

Let’s go for the New York double in this Week 8 NFL teaser and back the Giants as well. The G-Men are 6-1 and have also won four straight. Even when New York is down, they’re never out. In their six wins, they’ve been trailing by anywhere from six to 14 points.

Furthermore, their scores are always close. Giants’ games have been decided by one, three, seven, eight, five, four and six points. Thus making them an excellent candidate to add some points to in this NFL teaser.

Seattle and Geno Smith are probably overachieving, but they are 4-3. However, DJ Metcalf may miss out due to injury, and they rank 30th against the run, meaning the league’s second-leading rusher Saquon Barkley may be in for a big day.

Raiders vs Saints

  • Pick: Saints +10

For the third leg of this Week 8 NFL teaser let’s include the 2-5 New Orleans Saints hosting the also 2-5 Las Vegas Raiders. The Raiders haven’t won on the road yet this season (0-3) and the Saints will have a little extra rest having played on Thursday Night Football last week. Reports are also that the Raiders are dealing with some fly issues heading into this one.

New Orleans gives up a ton of points, ranking 31st, allowing 28.6 PPG. Luckily their offense keeps them in games, scoring 25 PPG, ranking among the league’s best in seventh.

The Raiders allow nearly as many PPG in 25 (26th), and also rely on a better offense, that ranks third overall in 27.2 PPG.

Win or lose, Saints games have all been decided by ten or fewer points this season. Their final scores in each game have been decided by one, ten, eight, three, seven, four, and eight points.

Raiders’ games have followed a similar script. Outside of last week’s blowout 38-20 at home to the Texans, which was much closer until late on, their other five games have been decided by five, six, two, nine and one point.

We’ll add the points to the Saints for this NFL teaser and bank on both teams doing enough to keep this close.

  • NFL Teaser Week 8 picks (8.5 points): Jets +11, Giants +11.5, Saints +10 (-112); risk 1 unit
