Odds as of November 23rd at Caesars Sportsbook

The rushing yardage over/unders are 70.5 for Barkley and 66.5 for Pollard. The Cowboys are 10-point favorites and -480 picks on the moneyline in the NFL odds for an implied win probability of 82.76%.

Precipitation is in the forecast as there is a 70% chance of showers or thunderstorms with a high of 63 and northeast wind at 5-10 mph. That means the AT&T Stadium will likely be closed. The game will be televised on FOX.

Prop #1: Tony Pollard Rushing + Receiving Yardage

Pollard is on a roll even after fellow Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott returned last week after missing three games with a knee injury.

The Vikings entered the game with the best record in the NFL. However, they couldn’t contain Pollard. He finished with 189 scrimmage yards.

Pollard rushed for 80 yards on 15 carries and caught six passes for 109 yards and two touchdowns. The receptions and receiving yards were both season highs.

Tony Pollard Scrimmage Yards Last 5 Games

Game Touches Total Yards Touchdowns
11/20 Vikings 21 189 2
11/13 Packers 25 128 1
10/30 Bears 15 147 3
10/23 Lions 14 109 0
10/16 Eagles 13 52 0

The fourth-year pro has had at least 109 yards of total offense in each of the last four games. That is the longest streak of 100-plus games in Pollard’s career.

Pollard rushed for 105 yards when the Cowboys beat the Giants 23-16 in Week 3. Let’s ride the hot hand and look for him to have another big game against New York in our Giants vs Cowboys picks.

Pick: Tony Pollard Over 90.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards (-119); risk 1 unit

Prop #2: Saquon Barkley Rushing Yards

Barkley has reestablished himself as one of the NFL’s top running backs two years removed from knee surgery. He is a big reason why the Giants are one of the league’s biggest surprises of 2022.

However, the pedestrian Lions’ defense shut Barkley down last week. They held him to 22 yards on 15 carries.

That was a season-low in yards for Barkley and came a week after he gashed the Houston Texans for 152 yards and one touchdown on 35 carries. However, the week before that, Barkley managed just 53 yards in 20 attempts against the Seattle Seahawks.

Barkley, who has +2500 NFL MVP odds, may be a bruising runner, but he is also stylish.

Barkley is averaging 21.3 carries a game, second in the league only to Henry (23.0). Perhaps Barkley is wearing down as the season progresses, though.

Even though Barkley had 81 yards on 14 carries in the teams’ first meeting, it is worth taking a shot on the under.

Pick: Saquon Barkley Under 70.5 Rushing Yards (-119); risk 1 unit

Prop #3: Daniel Jones Anytime Touchdown

Giants quarterback Daniel Jones has shown marked improvement in his fourth season and has his team in playoff position on Thanksgiving weekend.

While much of the attention has understandably been on Jones’ improved passing, he is also a rushing threat. Jones has 76 rushes for 437 yards and four touchdowns – all career highs.

The four TDs are nearly as many as the five Jones scored in his first three seasons combined. Jones isn’t afraid to run and look for him to find the end zone against a Cowboys defense that is 26th in the NFL in rushing yards allowed.

Pick: Daniel Jones Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+205); risk 1 unit
