There are just two unbeaten teams remaining in the NFL. Believe it or not, the Miami Dolphins (3-0, 1-0 away) are one of them. The Dolphins will put their undefeated record on the line on Thursday Night Football when they take on the Cincinnati Bengals (1-2, 0-1 home).

This will be the first meeting between Tua Tagovailoa and Joe Burrow since the two squared off in the 2019 National Championship game, and Miami is currently getting plenty of love in the betting market. 57% of the spread bets in the Dolphins vs Bengals public betting splits are on the Fins, but we’re not sold on them extending their winning streak.

As such, we’re looking to fade them and back the Bengals in our TNF same-game parlay.

Cincinnati Bengals -3.5

Call it a schedule loss tonight for the Dolphins. Miami was forced to leave the Florida area earlier than expected thanks to Hurricane Ian, and it’s impossible to think they got a normal week of preparation given what’s going on at home.

To make matters worse, the Fins are dealing with injuries to some key players. As pointed out in the Dolphins vs Bengals injury report, Tagovailoa and one of his top-two receivers Jaylen Waddle are both questionable, as is starting left tackle Terron Armstead.

It appears all three will play, but it’s fair to question how effective they’ll be given the lack of rest accompanied by a short week.

Miami is also in prime position for a letdown game, and nobody should be surprised if it happens. They’re fresh off upsetting the Super Bowl favorite Bills, in a game where the defense played 90 snaps.

The Bengals meanwhile, are healthy on offense and are fresh off wrecking the Jets last week. They can’t afford to drop another game this early in the season and should find plenty of success against the Miami defense. Need further proof, check out the Dolphins vs Bengals picks.

Joe Burrow Over 254.5 Passing Yards

Only the Baltimore Ravens have allowed more total yards than Miami this season, while the Dolphins’ pass defense ranks 31st in production surrendered. Miami’s coverage unit grades out 28th out of 32 teams, and just coughed up 382 passing yards to Buffalo.

That’s great news for Burrow, whose passing prop for this game has risen seven yards throughout the week. We’re electing to take a slightly less aggressive number at 254.5, one that he’s cleared in seven of his past nine regular season games.

Also working in Burrow’s favor is the fact that the Dolphins’ number one corner Xavien Howard is dealing with a groin injury. Expect a big game from Joe Cool and his top targets.

Tee Higgins Over 49.5 Receiving Yards

Ja’Marr Chase gets all the headlines when it comes to Cincy receiving corps. However, Tyler Boyd featured in the Dolphins vs Bengals props, and Tee Higgins are no slouches.

Higgins actually led the Bengals in targets last year and has a better reception rate than Chase through three weeks. The Clemson product is hauling in 68% of his targets this season, compared to only 60% for Chase. Higgins was forced to leave the season opener with a concussion but has rebounded in Weeks 2 and 3, turning 17 targets into 164 yards and a score.
