The Bengals (1-2) are led by Joe Burrow, who is 10th in passing yards with 812 and will be hoping for big days from his top receivers in Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd.

Odds as of September 29th at Barstool Sportsbook

Cincinnati are 3.5-point favorites and the over/under is 47.5 points in the NFL odds. Tagovailoa, who is fifth in the NFL MVP odds at +1400, is lined at 252.5 passing yards, while Burrow’s passing yards are 275.5. Burrow is expected to have a strong day on TNF with his passing touchdown total juiced at -175 on over 1.5.

The weather forecast calls for a clear night, a low of 43, and wind from the northeast at 6 mph.

Bengals Player Prop: Tyler Boyd Receiving Yards

Cincinnati have two standout wide receivers in Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. They get most of the publicity when it comes to Cincinnati’s pass-catching corps and a lot of attention from opposing defense.

However, Tyler Boyd is a very good WR3 and certainly played a role in the Bengals reaching the Super Bowl last season, with 67 receptions for 828 yards and five touchdowns.

The Bengals have Super Bowl odds of +3000 this season while the Dolphins are listed at +1600.

Through three games this season, Boyd has 10 catches on 14 targets for 155 yards and two TDs. With Chase being held to 29 yards in last week’s win over the New York Jets, Boyd took advantage with four receptions for 105 yards and a score. He had a second TD wiped out because of a penalty.

Cincinnati are going up against a Dolphins’ pass defense that ranks 31st among the 32 NFL teams in yards allowed. That makes Boyd a good value bet to exceed a rather small number in your Dolphins vs Bengals props for TNF.

Pick: Tyler Boyd Over 41.5 Receiving Yards -112 (1 unit)

Dolphins Player Prop: Tyreek Hill Receiving Yards

Miami acquired star wide receiver Tyreek Hill from the Kansas City Chiefs in the offseason but hasn’t forgotten about the Chiefs losing to the Bengals in last season’s AFC Championship Game.

He sent a warning to Bengals cornerback Eli Apple earlier this week that he is looking to make amends for the loss. Hill had seven catches for 78 yards and one touchdown in that game.

While the Dolphins beat the Buffalo Bills 21-19 last week in a matchup of unbeaten teams, Hill had just two receptions for 33 yards. That came a week after he torched the Baltimore Ravens for 150 yards on 11 catches.

Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle could be slowed by a groin injury this week. The combination of more targets and extra motivation sets Hill up for a big game in Dolphins vs Bengals picks.

Pick: Tyreek Hill Over 73.5 Receiving Yards (-114), 1 unit

Dolphins vs Bengals Touchdown Props

Tyreek Hill (MIA) +800 -106
Chase Edmonds (MIA) +900 +163
Jaylen Waddle (MIA +950 +143
Raheem Mostert (MIA) +1000 +190
Tyler Boyd (CIN) +1100 +188
Hayden Hurst (CIN) +1700 +300
Samaje Perine (CIN) +2000 +330

Joe Mixon (-175), Ja’Marr Chase (-125) and Tyreek Hill (-106) are all listed as odds-on to score a touchdown in Dolphins vs Bengals props on TNF.

Ja’Marr Chase Anytime Touchdown Odds

Ja’Marr Chase still managed a touchdown catch last week despite being held in check by the Jets, a 5-yarder from Burrow in the fourth quarter. It was Chase’s second touchdown in three games in 2022.

On his way to being the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year last season, Chase found the end zone 13 times on 81 receptions in the regular season. He had another scoring catch in the AFC Championship Game.

One bad game isn’t going to deter Burrow from looking for Chase often, and his chances of scoring against the porous Dolphins’ pass defense are quite good. Take Chase to score in your Dolphins vs Bengals props for TNF.

Pick: Ja’Marr Chase anytime touchdown scorer -125 (1 unit)

Thursday Night Football Prop Bet Record: Week 3. 3-1, Overall: 5-7 (-2.3 units)
