The Minnesota Vikings and Justin Jefferson will try to bounce back when they host the New England Patriots and Rhamondre Stevenson at 8:20 pm ET Thursday in a Thanksgiving Night game at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis and we have the best Patriots vs Vikings props served up here.

The Vikings (8-2) had their seven-game winning streak ended last week when they were routed by the visiting Dallas Cowboys 40-3. Minnesota wide receiver Justin Jefferson is second in the NFL with 1,093 receiving yards behind the Miami Dolphins’ Tyreek Hill (1,148). Is he a good bet tonight in the Patriots vs Vikings props?

The Patriots beat the New York Jets 10-3 last week for their third straight win. Running back Rhamondre Stevenson has a team-high 655 rushing yards, which ranks 15th in the league. His anytime TD odds are +120 in TNF props.

The rushing yardage over/under for Stevenson is 58.5 yards and the receiving total for Jefferson is 85.5. The Vikings are 2.5-point favorites and the over/under is 42.5 points in the NFL odds. The game will be televised by NBC.

TNF Prop #1: Rhamondre Stevenson Rushing Yards

The Vikings are 31st among the 32 NFL teams in pass defense. However, the Patriots don’t have the full capability to exploit that matchup as second-year quarterback Mac Jones and the passing game are limited.

However, look for running back Rhamondre Stevenson to get plenty of carries against a defense that ranks No. 29 overall. The second-year pro has already surpassed his rookie rushing total of 633 yards by 11.

Stevenson has been given the ball consistently. He has at least 14 rushing attempts in six of the last seven games.

Rhamondre Stevenson Rushing Yards Last 5 Games

Game Carries Rushing Yards Touchdowns
11/20 Jets 15 26 0
11/6 Colts 15 60 0
10/30 Jets 16 71 0
10/24 Bears 11 39 1
10/16 Browns 19 76 2

Last week, Stevenson had a rough time against the Jets. He was held to 26 yards on 15 carries.

However, Stevenson has surpassed 60 yards in six of his last eight games. He should find running room against Minnesota’s porous defense.

Pick: Rhamondre Stevenson Over 58.5 Rushing Yards -115 (1 unit)

TNF Prop #2: Kirk Cousins Passing Yards

Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins appeared overwhelmed last week by the Cowboys’ pass rush. He took a career-high seven sacks and completed just 12 of 23 passes for a season-low 105 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions.

It marked just the second time in 2022 that Cousins did not throw for at least 221 yards. His previous low was 175 yards in a win over the Miami Dolphins on Oct. 16.

It would stand to reason Cousins, whose NFL MVP odds are +6000, should bounce back this week. Not so fast, though, as his history against New England is not good.

Furthermore, the Patriots are second in the NFL in sacks behind the Cowboys. New England linebacker Matt Judon leads the league with a career-high 13 takedowns.

The Patriots have limited their last two opponents to three points each. This is not a good matchup for Cousins, even at poor odds.

Pick: Kirk Cousins Under 253.5 Passing Yards -145 (1 unit)

Prop #3: TJ Hockenson Anytime Touchdown

Cousins has quickly developed a connection with tight end TJ Hockenson, who was acquired from the Detroit Lions in a trade November 1. Hockenson has 21 catches for 149 yards through three games with the Vikings.

Hockenson has had at least five receptions in all three games and has been targeted a total of 28 times. The only thing he hasn’t done in a Vikings uniform is score a touchdown, though he should have had one last week.

Hockenson did find the end zone three times with the Lions this season. He is due to score his first TD in a purple jersey and is our play for your Patriots vs Vikings picks.

Pick: TJ Hockenson Anytime Touchdown +138 (0.5 unit)
