    • The Seahawks vs 49ers inactive and injury report shows the NFC West rivals relatively healthy for their Wild Card matchup
    • Seattle Safety Ryan Neal (knee) is cleared after missing the last three games
    • Read below to find out who’s in and who’s out prior to the Seahawks vs 49ers Wild Card playoff game

It’s something that you don’t hear every day after a gruelling 18-week NFL season. The Seattle Seahawks (9-8, 4-4 away) and San Francisco 49ers (13-4, 8-1 home) are relatively healthy for their NFC Wild Card matchup this weekend.

Seattle safety Ryan Neal should be a go after missing the last three games with a knee injury.

San Francisco’s list runs just two deep. Jimmy Garoppolo, the backup-turned-starter when Trey Lance went down, is a no-go, but is nearing a return, as early as these playoffs.

That means rookie Brock Purdy will start again. He won six straight to close out the season, part of ‘Frisco’s 10-0 fun-run to close out the year.

Purdy’s 112.0 passer rating was tops in the NFL over the final six weeks. He completed 68.3% of his passes for 1,308 yards with 13 TD’s, three interceptions, and no fumbles.

Catch this game Saturday (January 14) at 4:30pm ET from Levi’s Stadium, in a game that can be seen live on FOX.

The 49ers are 9.5-point home favorites, with a total set at 42. Don’t forget to check our Seahawks vs 49ers betting preview.

The public is rolling with the hot Niners, with 76% of the bets taking on the spread in the  NFL betting trends. A monster 90.9% of the bets on the moneyline are on San Fran as well.

Seattle Seahawks Injury Report

No one on the Seahawks is ruled out for Wild Card Weekend.

Guard Phil Haynes (ankle) and cornerback Xavier Crawford (hamstring) didn’t practice this week. Still, both are listed as questionable for Saturday.

Defensive lineman Shelby Harris (knee) and running back Deejay Dallas (ankle/quad) were both full participants in practice Thursday. They are questionable vs ‘Frisco.

A pair of key skill players, receiver Tyler Lockett (shin) and Kenneth Walker III (ankle) both appeared on the injury report. They’ve since been cleared, giving QB Geno Smith his full assortment of weapons.

On the defensive side, Tariq Woolen (ankle) and linebacker Bruce Irvin (pectoral) were also cleared. They should figure prominently on a defense that will try to stop a red-hot Purdy and an offense putting up 26.5 points per game (6th).

San Francisco 49ers Injury Report

Aside from Jimmy G, the only other player on the injury report is cornerback Ambry Thomas, who’s out with an ankle injury.

The 49ers did have a bunch of players take time off from practice this week, though, to get right for the playoffs.

DL Arik Armstead (foot/ankle) and Javon Kinlaw (knee), RB Christian McCaffrey (knee), linebackers Demertrius Flannigan Fowles (neck) and Dre Greenlaw (back) and OL Aaron Banks were all limited in the first two practice sessions of the week.

The good news is that entire group were all full participants in Thursday’s final practice and should all be available.

McCaffrey should figure prominently in the 49ers’ offensive plans, and might be someone to target in the Seahawks vs 49ers player props, or if you’re building a Seahawks vs 49ers single-game parlay.

How Can Injuries Affect Seahawks vs 49ers Lines?

The 9.5-point spread reflects more on the level both teams are at heading into the playoffs. Seattle has won two straight, but needed OT to get by the Rams in Week 18. They’ve lost both head-to-heads with the Niners this season.

San Francisco hasn’t loss since Week 7, and have put up 30+ points in seven games during this streak.

Barring any significant setbacks, this line should stay fairly consistent as we reach kickoff. If anything, the healthy rosters could raise the total a half-point or more. A whopping 85.3% of the betting public are currently banging the over.
