The Miami Dolphins are NFL Week 5’s biggest opening favorites at 9.5 points over the New York Giants. The smallest spread is the one point that the Raiders are favored by over the Packers.

Chiefs vs Vikings Early Odds & Predictions

The Chiefs are six-point favorites on the opening line as they travel to face the Vikings at 4:25 p.m. Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

The Vikings (1-3) got their first win of the season Sunday, beating the Carolina Panthers 21-13 as Kirk Cousins threw two touchdown passes to Justin Jefferson and D.J. Wonnum returned an interception for a score. The Chiefs (2-1) had won back-to-back games going into Sunday night’s game against the Jets in New York.

The high/over suggests this game will be a shootout. It’s hard to bet against Patrick Mahomes in that situation.

Cowboys vs 49ers Early Odds & Predictions

A pair of Super Bowl contenders meet when the 49ers host the Cowboys at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. The 49ers are 3.5-point favorites.

The 49ers (4-0) stayed unbeaten Sunday with a 35-16 victory over the Arizona Cardinals as Christian McCaffrey scored a career-high four touchdowns. DaRon Bland had an interception return for a touchdown and Leighton Vander Esch ran back a fumble for a TD as the Cowboys (3-1) bounced back from their first loss of the season with a 38-3 thumping of the New England Patriots.

This is a marquee matchup between two of the most talented defenses in the league. Taking the points feels like the way to go.
