Well, Toronto is returning to the Beltway on Saturday for a Week 13 MLS matchup and yes, the Reds have suffered five successive defeats. Could it be deja vu all over again?

While that early-season triumph over the red and black might offer hope to the Reds faithful, history only serves to dash such optimism. TFC hasn’t won successive matches against DC United since 2016.
Jonathan Osorio netted the match winner for TFC in that 2-1 victory over DCU and there’s good news on that front. Canadian international midfielder Osorio is expected to return to action after missing the past two matches through a lower-body injury.
Toronto players Alejandro Pozuelo and Jacob Shaffelburg are both questionable for Saturday’s game. Jahkeele Marshall-Rutty is definitely out. He still hasn’t returned to training with the side.
