Kentucky Betting Outlook
Kentucky used two big plays at the start of the second half to beat Miami (Ohio) following a lackluster first two quarters.
Barion Brown returned the second-half 100 yards for a touchdown to increase the Wildcats’ lead to 20-10. Just 49 seconds later, Kentucky padded the advantage ot 17 points on an 8-yard touchdown pass from Will Levis to Chauncey Magwood with 13:58 left in the third quarter.
Cannot get enough of this return. The wheels on this kid are INSANE @BarionBrown https://t.co/X4r4Ech8G2

The touchdown was set by Keidron Smith’s 23-yard fumble return to the Miami 8. Smith picked up the loose ball following Tyrell Ajian’s hit on Miami running back Jaylon Bester.
Levis passed 303 yards and three touchdowns. He completed 21 of 32 attempts and threw one interception.
Levis’ 1-yard scoring toss to Dane Key closed the score and put the game away with 7:46 remaining in the fourth quarter.
Tayvion Robinson made a big impact for Kentucky as he caught six passes for 136 yards, 103 coming after the catch. It was his first game after transferring from Virginia Tech.
Robinson’s 45-yard reception set up Levis’ 6-yard touchdown pass to Brendan Bates on the Wildcats’ first possession.

Kentucky played without top running back Chris Rodriguez. His absence was felt as the Wildcats managed just 50 yards on the ground in 26 attempts.
Rodriguez’s status is unclear for this week. He rushed for 1,378 yards and 10 touchdowns last season.
Florida Betting Outlook
One big advantage Napier had in moving to Florida from Louisiana was inheriting quarterback Anthony Richardson.
Richardson led the way in the upset of Utah. His 2-yard touchdown run with 1:25 to go gave the Gators the go-ahead score against the defending Pac-12 champion.

Richardson completed 17 of 24 passes for 168 yards. He also had 106 rushing yards and three TDs on 11 attempts.
Perhaps most importantly, Richardson did not commit any turnovers. His Heisman Trophy odds are +2500.
Amari Burney sealed the victory for Florida when he intercepted Cam Rising’s pass in the end zone with 17 seconds left.
Burney’s pick highlighted an outstanding red-zone defensive effort by the Gators. Utah was also stuffed on consecutive downs at the goal line to start the third quarter when Florida was holding a 14-13 lead.
The play that sealed the deal.

Florida showed impressive resilience against the Utes, overcoming deficits on four occasions.
And Napier showed he understands what it means to make the jump from a Group of Five school to a Power Five program. Napier left the team during a timeout to shake hands with Hugh Hathcock, who gave the University Athletic Association a $12.6-million gift in April.
Kentucky vs Florida Prediction
Kentucky got a rare win in the series last season, 20-13 at home. However, Florida has won 33 of the last 35 meetings and leads the all-time series 53-19.

Florida had an impressive win in its opener but seems ripe for a letdown following such an emotional victory. Look for a good Kentucky team to at least keep things close.
Pick: Kentucky +6.5 (-110)
