  • Saturday’s DraftKings main slate runs 12 games and locks at noon ET
  • Two offenses carry six of my eight roster spots, and a budget quarterback is what makes that work
  • Keep reading for the full Week 10 lineup, my favorite stacks and the cheap pieces paying for the top of the board

Week 10 hands us a 12-game main slate on Saturday, Nov. 7, with a noon ET lock and a $50,000 cap to spread across eight players. The pricing on this board rewards anyone willing to double up on an offense they trust.

My college football DFS picks for Week 10 lean on two teams for six of those eight spots. Pricing differs across best DFS apps, so everything here is specific to the DraftKings Classic contest.

Here’s the full lineup, the stacks behind it and the value plays that let me pay up everywhere else.

College Football DFS Picks Week 10: DraftKings Lineup

QBConner WeigmanHouston$8,600

Total$47,900

That leaves $2,100 unspent and spreads the lineup across four kickoff windows at noon, 1, 3:30 and 4:15 ET. Oakley is a tight end on Kansas State’s roster but carries receiver eligibility on DraftKings, which is how he fills the flex.

Salaries as of Nov. 5 from the DraftKings main-slate player pool. Check player availability and contest eligibility again before entering on DraftKings.

Best Stacks for My Week 10 CFB DFS Lineup

Houston: Weigman, Thomas and Hughes

Conner Weigman anchors the build at $8,600. Houston’s official totals have him at 20 passing touchdowns and six more on the ground through eight games, and Cincinnati is allowing 282.1 passing yards and 442.5 total yards per game.

Amare Thomas is the receiver I want beside him at $7,300. He’s up to 41 catches for 620 yards and six scores, with a 133-yard afternoon against Utah in his most recent outing.

Makhi Hughes completes the trio at $6,700 on 117 carries for 516 yards, four rushing touchdowns and 10 catches for 89 yards. The Bearcats are giving up 160.4 rushing yards a game, and with Re’Shaun Sanford II holding 87 carries of his own, I’m buying a share of that backfield rather than all of it.

Kansas State: Barnett, Tibbs and Oakley

Kansas State reports that Blake Barnett will start, and his $4,500 salary is what funds the top of this DraftKings lineup. He went 18-of-28 for 224 yards and three touchdowns against Colorado while adding 16 carries for 40 yards, so he scores from both the pocket and the ground.

For readers playing individual projections instead of a full lineup, our PrizePicks promo code explains the current offer. Those contests use separate lines and scoring.

Jaron Tibbs is the receiver with the bigger role at $5,400. He posted nine catches for 57 yards and a score versus Arizona State, then five for 54 against Colorado, and Oklahoma State just surrendered 51 points to Iowa State.

Garrett Oakley is the cheapest piece of the stack at $3,800, with 19 catches for 221 yards and two touchdowns over six appearances. Barnett found him for the late tying touchdown in that Colorado game, which is the kind of role I’ll happily pay under $4,000 for.

Week 10 College Football DFS Value Plays

Bo MacCormack III at $4,900 is my favorite value play on the slate. Boston College ruled Evan Dickens out on Wednesday’s report, which puts MacCormack at the front of that backfield against Florida State in the noon window.

His last two games went 20 carries for 155 yards and three touchdowns against Georgia Tech, then nine carries for 24 yards and a catch versus Duke. The Georgia Tech workload is the version I’m paying for here, and under $5,000 I don’t need him to repeat all three scores.

Patrick Overmyer at $5,400 is the other number I keep coming back to. He sits at 39 catches for 432 yards and seven touchdowns, and like Oakley he’s a school-listed tight end with receiver eligibility on DraftKings, so he’s a cheaper route into the Houston stack if his status firms up Friday.

Lineup Strategy for the DraftKings Main Slate

Junior Sherrill holds the latest kickoff in the build at 4:15 ET. He caught eight passes for 78 yards against Kentucky, and Mississippi State is allowing 261.5 passing yards per game, giving Sherrill a favorable matchup for another busy afternoon.

Keeping the latest-starting eligible player in a flexible roster spot can leave more replacement options before his game locks. Check the contest’s late-swap rules before relying on that flexibility.

Six players from two teams is the trade-off I accepted to get this much correlation at these salaries. The $2,100 I left on the table is there on purpose, giving me somewhere to go if Friday’s news changes a spot.
