The OKC Thunder will try to sweep the set in San Antonio to take a 3-1 series stranglehold and leave them one win away from a return appearance in the NBA Finals.

The books still think the Spurs have some fight left as they’ve tabbed them as slight home favorites in the NBA odds.

Tip-off is scheduled Sunday night at 8pm ET from the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, with NBC and Peacock broadcasting nationally.

• Pick: Thunder +2.5 (-110 at DraftKings)

The Thunder have been a sheer force on the hardwood, winning nine of their last 10 games, and they are a sturdy 4-1-0 against the spread as an underdog over their last five games.

Fading a surging squad catching points feels entirely too risky, even against a formidable home team.

And that’s still despite the news that OKC could be missing all-star Jalen Williams (hamstring), while it’s already been confirmed that breakout star Ajay Mitchell (calf) is out for Game 4.

But so far, it hasn’t mattered who the Thunder roll out on the floor: they are deep and whoever the five Mark Daigneault puts out there, that player delivers.

The statistical divide illustrates exactly how the Thunder have seized momentum.

They boast an incredible 2.3 assist-to-turnover ratio, making them a nightmare to defend.

And San Antonio’s Game 3 game plan of trying to take the ball out of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s failed, as SGA happily moved the ball along. That led to breakout games for unheralded reserves Jared McCain (24 points) and Jaylin Williams (18 points).

That ball movement led to OKC drilling 17-for-38 from 3-point range, a sharp 45% clip. And Gilgeous Alexander still finished with a team-high 26 points.

The Spurs are playing hard and well, but they’re up against a juggernaut.

I am happily grabbing the +2.5 spread with the road dogs.

The Thunder offense is an absolute wagon right now, leading all playoff teams in points per game and offensive rating. The Spurs push the tempo significantly faster (97.9 pace), which will force the action out of the half court and into a high-flying track meet.

Best Prop Pick: Gilgeous-Alexander Over 29.5 points (-112 at DraftKings): To push the offense past the total, the Thunder will rely on their superstar guard. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s point total sits at 29.5, a number well within reach given the expected shootout. Backing him to light up the scoreboard is my favorite player prop angle to cash a ticket in Game 4.
