The Las Vegas Raiders (5-7, 6-6 ATS) used to play in Los Angeles, but as they face the Los Angeles Rams (3-9, 3-8-1 ATS) in the NFL Week 14 TNF game, the Raiders will be seeking to complete the Los Angeles sweep.

Raiders vs Rams NFL Betting Trends
The people are like the oddsmakers. They believe in the Raiders. The NFL public betting trends are showing a heavy commitment toward Las Vegas. In spread betting splits, the Raiders are drawing 79% of handle and 68% of bets. As far as moneyline splits, 79% of handle and bets are also backing Las Vegas.
The public split on the total is with the over. It’s getting 58% of handle and bets. The last three Rams home games all went over. Three of the last four Las Vegas games also went over.
The opening NFL Week 14 lines are showing that the point spread on this game has lengthened from Raiders -4.5 to Las Vegas -6. The total has grown on this game from 43.5 points to 44.5 points.
The Raiders are given a +600 chance of making it in the NFL playoff odds. The betting line is -900 that Las Vegas won’t qualify for postseason play.
History Favoring Raiders
Both of these teams have undergone numerous franchise location changes over the years. This will be the first meeting between the Las Vegas Raiders and Los Angeles Rams. The Oakland Raiders were 2-2 SU vs the Los Angeles Rams and 2-3 SU vs the St Louis Rams. The Los Angeles Raiders were 4-1 SU facing the LA Rams.

It’s the first clash between the two clubs in LA since 1994. The Raiders are 5-2 SU over the Rams in seven games between the two teams played in LA.
Rams Turning to Wolford
Without QB1 Matthew Stafford (concussion), the Rams started third-stringer Bryce Perkins and second-stringer John Wolford the past two weeks. Wofford is going to start this week, even though he’s listed as questionable due to a neck injury. That ailment kept him out two weeks ago, but last week he was 14/26 for 178 yards, 0 TDs and 2 INTs in a loss to Seattle. Wolford made one other start earlier this season, throwing for over 200 yards in a loss to Arizona.

As well, the Rams this week claimed former #1 overall draft pick Baker Mayfield on waivers from the Carolina Panthers.
Rams Riddled By Injury
Rams offensive starters QB Stafford, and WR Cooper Kupp and Allen Robinson II are on IR. As well, three-time NFL DPOY DT Aaron Donald (ankle) is out.
For the Raiders, the worry is at RB. Josh Jacobs (quadriceps), Ameer Abdullah (hamstring) and Brandon Bolden (calf) are all questionable.
Raiders vs Rams Prediction
Las Vegas was a 7-point home favorite October 23 over the Houston Texans. The Raiders won and covered in a 38-20 victory. However, as the 7.5-point road chalk December 6, 2020, at the New York Jets, while the Raiders won 31-28, they failed to cover.
The Raiders are 3-4 ATS on the road this season. As a road favorite, though, they’re 0-3 ATS. As well, they are 1-2 SU and ATS in three previous games at SoFi Stadium.
Last week as 6.5-point home underdogs, the Rams covered in a 27-23 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. The Rams are 5-0 ATS in the past five and 7-1-1 in the last nine games facing the Raiders.
- Pick: Los Angeles Rams +6 (-110)
- TNF record (0-0 ML, 5-7 ATS, 1-0 O/U)
