Elliott enters this race as a slight +250 favorite to win, followed by Christopher Bell at +350. Keep in mind, there are two sets of odds which can be confusing. Only four drivers can win when it comes to the championship odds. Elliott is favored at +195 there with Bell right behind him at +260. Chastain and Logano come in at +285.

Chase Elliott a Slight Betting Favorite Again for Finale
Yes, Chase Elliott barely remains a favorite for Sunday’s race at Phoenix. The No. 9 Hendrick Motorsports Racing car has won here in November of 2020. That was the year Elliott won the NASCAR Cup Championship.
Now, Kyle Larson is third at Caesars with Joey Logano at +800. Denny Hamlin and Tyler Reddick are still +700 at Caesars but Ross Chastain is at +1000 with five other drivers. The Caesars Sportsbook odds are mostly the same as other sites with some shorter numbers on Chase Elliott at +240. The Playoff Chase Ends Sunday
