USC More Than Mobleys
USC won handily against Oregon even though Mobley scored just 11 points, his third-lowest output of the season.
Ranked as the nation’s ninth-best player by KenPom, Mobley is averaging 17.1 points, 8.8 rebounds and 3.1 blocked shots. He is also shooting 59.9%.
Evan Mobley showed off his unicorn potential in a win over ASU: 22 PTS, 9 REBS, 7 AST and 3 BLK. Incredible ball handler for a 7-footer. Creating shots for himself from the perimeter. Handling post doubles impressively. Soft touch from 3 and mid range. Very few holes in his game. pic.twitter.com/QN8mhB8RVs

Sophomore forward Isaiah Mobley, Evan’s brother, did not play because of a strained right calf and is questionable for Thursday. He is scoring 9.6 points and grabbing 7.7 rebounds a game.

The graduate transfer from Santa Clara has reached double-digit points in seven straight games and his season scoring average is 13.8.
Junior guard Drew Peterson had 15 points and 11 rebounds. It was the Rice transfer’s third double-double of the season.
Sophomore guard Ethan Anderson returned to the starting lineup for the first time since injuring his back Dec. 1. Anderson missed eight games before returning to action Jan. 14 and had been used in a reserve role for 11 games.
Anderson is averaging 5.9 points and 3.4 assists.
