This Chiefs team isn’t the same explosive team offensively as years past but this year they are a top defensive team giving up just 15.9 PPG (2nd).
They’ll still have their hands full with an Eagles offense scoring 28.0 PPG (3rd). But the Eagles will be without TE Dallas Goedert and Jalen Hurts is clearly dealing with a knee injury.

Now this week he’ll be going up against a Chiefs defense ranked fourth in passing yards allowed, only giving up 176 YPG. So if any team can contain Brown it could be KC. There’s no Goedert at TE for Philly this week with him on the Eagles vs Chiefs injury report so that should both mean more coverage on Brown, but also more targets going his way from Hurts.
Brown’s reception totals have been 7, 8, 10, 7, 6, 9, 9, 4 and 7 this season. That means he would’ve gone over a total of 5.5 catches in all but one game. We’ll take the Over 5.5 receptions on Brown for this MNF SGP.
