Next Sunday, September 28, Inter de Milan receives the last place of the Italian Serie A, Cagliari in the fifth fixture of the Calcio. In this game, the Nerazzurri will try to get the three points in order to continuing in the UEFA Champions League positions. The match will be at 9:00 AM ET in the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium.

Both teams have played 34 times in the history and Inter leads the series with 16 wins and only four defeats. However, the Nerazzurri has not won Cagliari in the last five matches between each other (4 draws and one loss). In the match odds, Inter is the favorite for a win listed -225 in the money line; a Cagliari win will pay +600 and +300 in case of a draw.

Despite winning their midweek game, 2-0 over Atalanta, Walter Mazzarri, Inter Milan’s head coach criticized the referee did not make a good job.

“I’m sure if De Marco had been refereeing, he would have given a foul, but then again you often did give things the other way,” Mazzarri said. “Why don’t you show the other two penalties which weren’t given for fouls on [Nemanja] Vidic? Come on, be impartial. You only show what you want to show whereas you should be objective.”

Inter arrives at this game in the fourth place of the Italian Calcio, with eight points (2W, 2D, 0L), and +9 in their goal difference. On the other side, Cagliari is the last place of the league with only one point (0W, 1D, 3L) and a negative goal difference (-4).
