Monday may have come a little too soon this week, but tonight bettors will be rewarded for making it through the day. The NBA playoffs continue with two of the more competitive series so far in the second round.

TNT will be the place to be as they will be carrying both games tonight. At 7:30pm ET, Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers will look to leave Atlanta with a commanding 3-1 lead – but not if Trae Young and the Hawks have anything to say on the matter. When they finish, we’ll see Donovan Mitchell and the Utah Jazz try to keep Kawhi Leonard and the Los Angeles Clippers from evening their series at two games apiece.

The player prop market is filled to the brim with options tonight. Check out the table below to see the lines on the players taking the floor tonight. Scroll down to see two of the better bets on the board.

Odds as of June 14th

Someone Has to Replace Danny Green

Danny Green went down three minutes into Game 3 with a calf strain, and he will miss the rest of the series with the Hawks.

Injuries are always unfortunate, but they also open up value in the prop markets. Someone has to be prepared to fill the role vacated by Green as that’s just the nature of the beast. Furkan Korkmaz comes to mind as he seems to have been preparing for such a situation.

Korkmaz played 27 minutes after Green went down, so it is likely he is the guy 76ers coach Doc Rivers will go with. There has been talk of Shake Milton or Matisse Thybulle, but Korkmaz makes the most sense. That’s just my opinion, but that is also how Game 3 played out.

Korkmaz’s point total opened a little high but when bettors consider the fact that the Hawks will have to sell out to stop Joel Embiid and to a lesser extent Tobias Harris, Korkmaz makes sense. He is  dead-eye shooter who will no doubt see some open looks. He doesn’t need a ton of volume to score enough to get over this number and at +116, it feels like a good deal.

  • The Pick: Korkmaz Over 11.5 Points (+116) *Alt Line

Will Mike Conley Play in Game 4?

The big question tonight is Mike Conley’s availability. Until we know whether or not he will play, it’s hard to even consider another Utah Jazz player. Given that situation, it’s probably smart to take a look at the Los Angeles Clippers side of the ball.

One guy that stands out the most is Nicolas Batum.

People forget that Batum was a secondary scorer in a past life with the Portland Trail Blazers and Charlotte Hornets. He is not exactly being used in that role with the Clippers but he should be on the floor tonight which is the first step in scoring points.

In Game 3, the Clippers went small and Batum played 35 minutes. He made the most of his time scoring 17 points. It was the sixth time in this year’s playoffs that Batum played at least 30 minutes. In those six games, Batum was able to reach double digit points five times.

I like his chances of doing it again tonight.

  • The Pick: Batum Over 9.5 points (+116) *Alt Line
