  • Caesars Sportsbook, Fanatics Sportsbook, are now offering “BetVision,” an NFL live streaming service from Genius Sports
  • BetVision allows customers to watch NFL games if they’ve placed a bet on the event
  • For the first time ever, BetVision allows customers to place wagers from within the live video player in the sportsbook app

Customers who place a bet on any NFL game will have the opportunity to live stream the action from their Caesars Sportsbook and Fanatics Sportsbook app through “BetVision,” an immersive sports betting experience offered by Genius Sports.

BetRivers will offer “BetVision” at a later date in the season.

Genius Sports, an exclusive distributor of NFL official league data and live game video streams to sportsbooks, will now offer its “BetVision” services through the three sports betting operators. Last year, Caesars Sportsbook became the first operator to live stream an NFL game on its app through a partnership with Genius Sports.

Additionally, for the first time sportsbook customers will be able to play bets from within the live video player in the sportsbook app, according to a release from Genius Sports.

“We’re very pleased to be Genius’ first BetVision content partner as they continue to be on the cutting edge of sports betting experiences,” said Brent Lawton, VP Business Development  and Strategic Investments of the NFL. “BetVision allows us to create a differentiated way for fans to engage with NFL content.”

Streaming National, Local NFL Games

The live-streaming feature will be available for customers who bet on one of the games. The low latency, live game video streams will integrate NFL betting odds, bet slips, and will be enhanced by in-game betting alerts and on-screen offers during breaks in game action.

“We love delivering an immersive and fun real-time betting experience for our customers with play-by-play markets, lightning-fast scoreboards, in-game video highlights, and key moment betting notifications,” said Kenneth Fuchs, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Sports at Caesars Digital. “We’re excited to partner with Genius Sports and the NFL to bring live streaming of games to our app again this season, and BetVision will be an innovation that delivers a cutting-edge watch and bet product.”

Caesars and Fanatics are the first to be live with the product. Fanatics noted that customers can live stream any game in a state in which Fanatics Sportsbook is live and have placed a bet of at least 10-cents on a game.

Personalized Features

BeVision will allow users to toggle on and off content and states to create tailored viewing experiences based on their preferences. Over the course of the 2023 season, Genius Sports noted that additional features will be added to the product.

“BetVision is leading a new era of immersive sports experiences,” said Mark Locke, CEO of Genius Sports, in a release. “The launch brings together our capabilities across data tracking, video streaming, live data and sports wagering to create a game-changing product for sportsbooks. Sports fans and bettors alike increasingly demand personalized interaction, greater customisation and deeper insights combined with an ability to strike a bet seamlessly. BetVision alone offers precisely that, while giving sports betting operators a new way to drive engagement and accelerate the growth of in-game betting.”
