The best game of the English Premier League second fixture features current champions, Manchester City hosting Liverpool, this Monday at 3 PM ET at the Etihad Stadium.

Both City and Liverpool won in the first week of the tournament, and both have high hopes for this season. The Reds could have won the Premier League last season, but failed against the Citizens; this is a payback kind of matchup.
