The best game of the Tuesday NBA lineup features the Portland Trail Blazers facing the Oklahoma City Thunder, at the Chesapeake Energy Arena at 8 PM ET.

The Thunder is on a Western conference adventure, with six of their last seven opponents coming from that conference.  They have lost to the Jazz, Nuggets, and Grizzlies but beat the Rockets, Warriors and most recently the Kings.

“My teammates were setting screens for me,” Kevin Durant said after scoring 30 points over Sacramento. “We were seeing something in pick-and-roll. Serge was doing a great job of slipping out of it and knocking down shots. I was trying to be aggressive and put pressure on the rim and the defense, and if they draw in, I kick it out, and if not, I try to lay the ball in, take a good shot.”

Portland has won five in a row; their last one against Dallas 127-111 with 30 points and 12 rebounds from LaMarcus Aldridge, one night after beating the Spurs in San Antonio.

“I was really proud of the way our team played, especially on the heels of an emotional win in San Antonio,” coach Terry Stotts said. “Our resolve, defensively, I thought was very good and got us into a position to have a large lead.”

The Thunder is a 4 point favorite in the spread; the game total is at 212.5. The Blazers have covered the spread in their last two meetings, and the total has gone UNDER in five of the last six games in the series.
