The scorching-hot Milwaukee Bucks (43-17, 17-12 away) will be looking to extend their 14-game winning streak on Tuesday as they visit the slumping Brooklyn Nets (32-26, 18-11 home) at the Barclays Center. Tip-off here is scheduled for 7:30 PM ET. Find the Bucks vs Nets prediction below.

Without Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee managed to beat the Phoenix Suns Sunday on Primetime in impressive fashion. Brooklyn on the other hand has dropped two in a row, losing to Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks that same day.

Bucks Can’t Be Stopped

Whether the Greek Freak plays or not, it’s clear Milwaukee is truly firing on all cylinders right now. 14 straight wins are difficult to comprehend, but the Bucks continue to thrive against literally any opponent, with everyone doing their part. Now, they’re just a half-game behind the Boston Celtics for top spot in the East.

Although Antetokounmpo suffered a quad contusion last week and missed the Suns matchup, Mike Budenholzer’s squad wasn’t affected. Jrue Holiday really took the bull by the horns, erupting for a game-high 33 points to lead the way, including a 13 for 22 clip from the field. Brook Lopez also scored 22 and brought down 13 rebounds.

Outside of those two, there wasn’t a ton of offensive production. After all, the Bucks only shot 29% from long range. However, their defensive brilliance was very much present like it’s been all season long. With the Nets in bad shape at the moment, it could be 15 consecutive wins by Tuesday evening, especially with The Greek Freak back in the fold wreaking havoc.

Nets Struggling Immensely

Ever since Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving were traded, it’s been a tough go for Brooklyn. They’re just 3-7 in their last 10 appearances and while the Nets do sit at 34-26 still, the team is just 3.5 games clear of a play-in spot. Joe Tsai and the front office managed to bring in some intriguing talent in both blockbusters, but there’s minimal chemistry so far.

Sunday’s loss to the Hawks gave us a glimpse of what this offense is capable of, though. Cam Johnson dropped 27, while Mikal Bridges had 24 points. Cam Thomas and Spencer Dinwiddie both finished with 20+ points, too. That being said, defense continues to be an issue.

Brooklyn let Atlanta shoot a mind-boggling 53% from three-point land and 50% from the field, struggling to close out and limit shooters. Trae Young in particular killed the Nets and ultimately won the game with a buzzer-beater floater. Despite the outcome, Jacque Vaughn’s group has something to build on after their core guys found an offensive rhythm. It comes down to bringing that same intensity on the opposite end of the floor.

Bucks vs Nets Prediction

Milwaukee has to lose eventually, right? That being said, I don’t think it will be on Tuesday. With Giannis in the lineup again, the Bucks should cruise against Brooklyn. Plus, they’re 29-16-3 as an ATS favorite. This is a great pick.

Pick: Bucks -5 (-110)
