The New Orleans Saints will have to win in a place where they were humiliated just weeks ago in order to advance to the NFC Championship game for the third time in the Drew Brees era; the Saints visit the number one seed Seattle Seahawks this Saturday at 4:35 PM ET, in the opening game of the divisional playoffs weekend.

“If we want to accomplish what we set out to accomplish this year then we better find a way to go there and win, and just hoping that we’d have another opportunity,” Brees said. “And here we are, having that opportunity.”

New Orleans lost at the CenturyLink Field 34-7 in week 13; they had no chance in that game as they were outplayed in every single matchup possible.

MVP candidate Russell Wilson has thrown 7 TDs and just 1 INTs in his last 4 home games.  Wilson is 15-1 at home since he entered the league last season.

“I think it’s common knowledge and human nature that you would like to think it’s going to be the same, but we know better than that,” Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said. “We need to respect this opportunity for what it is. It’s a great championship matchup for us, and they’re going to come loaded up and give us a great football game.”

The NFL odds for this playoffs matchup have the Seahawks as 7.5 point favorites.  New Orleans is 1-4 ATS in its last 5 games when playing on the road against Seattle.
