A five-game NBA slate is on deck for Tuesday, with plenty of injuries to monitor. The health of LeBron James is the biggest storyline we’re following, after he suffered a right leg injury in Sunday’s win over Memphis. The Lakers star was able to stay in the game, but given the scare happened to the same leg James injured last season, LA will most definitely proceed with caution.

We have our finger on the pulse of James’ status, as well as all the other key injury situations around the league, so check out the latest news below before placing any bets.

Danny Green SF RJ Barrett
Tobias Harris PF Julius Randle
Joel Embiid C Mitchell Robinson

The first game on Tuesday’s slate features Philadelphia visiting New York. Ben Simmons is still not mentally ready to play for the 76ers and his timetable for a return is unknown. The 76ers will also be without Shake Milton due to an ankle injury, while Joel Embiid is questionable with a knee injury, as is Andre Drummond with an ankle injury.

On the Knicks side, Nerlens Noel is reportedly 50/50 to make his season debut. Noel has missed all three games so far with a knee injury.

Warriors vs Thunder Projected Lineups

Warriors
VS
Thunder
Stephen Curry PG Shai Gilgeous-Alexander
Jordan Poole SG Luguentz Dort
Andrew Wiggins SF Josh Giddey
Draymond Green PF Darius Bazley
Kevin Looney C Isaiah Roby

Next up, is the Golden State-Oklahoma City contest, which has a pair of injuries of note. The Warriors’ Andre Iguodala missed Golden State’s last game with a hip injury, and is currently considered probable to play on Tuesday. On the OKC side, center Derrick Favors has been given the night off to rest, meaning Isaiah Roby will start for the Thunder in his place.

Of course, the Warriors are also missing sharpshooter Klay Thompson and 2020 first round pick James Wiseman, but neither has played for the team this season, and won’t be ready to return anytime soon.

Rockets vs Mavericks Projected Lineups

Rockets
VS
Mavericks
Kevin Porter Jr. PG Luka Doncic
Jalen Green SG Tim Hardaway Jr.
Jae’Sean Tate SF Dorian Finney-Smith
Daniel Theis PF Kristaps Porzingis
Christian Wood C Dwight Powell

The next matchup on the slate is one without any major injury concerns. Dallas is fully healthy at the moment, while the only player on the Houston injured list is John Wall. Of course, Wall and the Rockets are trying to work out a buyout of his contract, and he’s likely already played his final game in a Houston uniform.

Lakers vs Spurs Projected Lineups

Lakers
VS
Spurs
Russell Westbrook PG Dejounte Murray
Malik Monk SG Derrick White
Kent Bazemore SF Doug McDermott
LeBron James PF Keldon Johnson
Anthony Davis C Jakob Poeltl

James is hopeful that he can play through the injury, so we currently have him projected in the Lakers’ starting five. LeBron logged a game-high 40 minutes despite the scare on Sunday, and told reporters he planned on receiving around the clock treatment leading up to Tuesday’s contest. Guard Wayne Ellington, who’s missed all three of LA’s games so far with a hamstring injury has been upgraded to questionable, while fellow guard Kendrick Nunn remains out with a knee issue.

As for San Antonio, there are no new injuries to rotation players to report.

Nuggets vs Jazz Projected Lineups

Nuggets
VS
Jazz
Monte Morris PG Mike Conley
Will Barton SG Donovan Mitchell
Michael Porter Jr. SF Bojan Bogdanovic
Aaron Gordon PF Royce O’Neale
Nikola Jokic C Rudy Gobert

Last but not least, is the Denver versus Utah contest. The lone injury concern on the Jazz side is Rudy Gay, who remains out with a heel injury. As for the Nuggets, there’s nothing new to report at the moment, but they did play on Monday night so there’s a chance players sit out on the second half of the back-to-back. We’ll update their lineup throughout the day if news breaks.
