College Football Week 8 Parlay Picks

Our Week 8 college football parlay features two SEC favorites and one Sun Belt powerhouse with a major matchup edge over their opponent. When we parlay these three teams together, we get favorable +150 odds at DraftKings.

Ole Miss vs Auburn

Kicking off our Week 8 college football parlay is a moneyline play on the Ole Miss Rebels in their pivotal SEC clash with the Auburn Tigers. The Rebels can keep their SEC West dreams alive with a victory against one of the most struggling offenses in the country.

The Tigers are last in the SEC in scoring offense (27.7 points per game) and passing offense (155.8 yards per game) and 13th in total offense (347 ypg). There isn’t one player on this Auburn team who is top 10 in any major offensive categories.

While neither of Auburn’s quarterbacks in Payton Thorne and Robby Ashford have been impressive, Ole Miss pivot Jaxson Dart offers stability at the key position, tossing for 1,638 yards and 12 TDs with only two picks so far.

Pick: Ole Miss ML (-245)

Coastal Carolina vs Arkansas State

Another team you’ll want to consider for your Week 8 college football parlay is the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers in their matchup with Arkansas State. CCU is the heaviest favorite in our CFB parlay, but this line is still arguably not high enough when you consider the matchup.

Both teams enter this clash with 3-3 records, but the Chanticleers have played a much tougher schedule. Arkansas State has wins over an FCS school, and two one-win programs in Southern Miss and UMass, while CCU is coming off a win over APp State.

The Red Wolves have one of the worst defenses in the Sun Belt, allowing 36.5 points per contest. Considering they haven’t given up under 28 points to any FBS opponent thus far, we expect CCU’s veteran quarterback Grayson McCall to lead his team to a convincing win.

Pick: Coastal Carolina ML (-245)

Mississippi State vs Arkansas

We head back to the SEC for our final leg in our college football parlay. The Arkansas Razorbacks offer solid moneyline value as -258 home favorites against the Mississippi State Bulldogs in their Week 8 showdown. The Razorbacks are looking to return to the win column after a close loss to Alabama.

Arkansas quarterback KJ Jefferson is the key in this matchup, as he missed this matchup last season, which went in favor of the Bulldogs. However, when Jefferson did suit up against Mississippi State back in 2021, the quarterback led his team to victory.

Mississippi’s secondary ranks a brutal 122nd in the country against the pass, and now has to face Jefferson coming off a strong showing vs the Tide. And while the Bulldogs will also lean on their air game, they face an Arkansas pass rush that is 17th in the country in sacking the quarterback.

Pick: Arkansas ML (-255)

College Football Week 8 Teaser Picks

In our Week 8 college football teaser, we’re teasing a couple of favored teams we think will win, but not necessarily by as many points as the spread indicates. By moving each team six points, we get them at under a field goal at combined odds.

South Carolina vs Missouri

While Spencer Rattler is impressing at the quarterback position for South Carolina, the team’s defense is major cause for concern. SC gave up 423 yards through the air to Graham Mertz and the Florida Gators last weekend after getting torched for 487 yards by Mississippi State.

While Missisouri’s passing attack was slowed down by a very solid Kentucky secondary, this is still a dominant unit that ranks top-five in the SEC (306.7 ypg). With the Gamecocks struggling to protect Rattler, we expect the Tigers to come out on top in a high-scoring back-and-forth affair.

Pick: Missouri -1.5 (-290)

Buffalo vs Kent State

Buffalo vs Kent State isn’t a game that will be on most college football fan’s radars this weekend, but these are often the type of games where the most betting value can be found. The Bulls should roll against a Golden Flashes team that is 1-6 overall and 0-3 in the MAC.

You can add a layer of security by bringing this line down in your teaser, as the Bulls will be traveling to Ohio for the game. However, Buffalo is clearly the superior team, having beaten conference opponents Akron and Central Michigan, while Kent State’s lone win was over an FCS program.

Pick: Buffalo -1 (-250)

  • College Football Week 8 Teaser: Missouri -1.5 & Buffalo -1 (-114 at Bet365)
