  • The #14 LSU Tigers are 11.5-point home favorites over the Texas A&M Aggies in their SEC college football game on Saturday, November 25
  • Home teams are 6-0 SU in the last six games of this series
  • The Aggies are 1-4-1 ATS over their past six games

There’s nothing like home cooking over the holidays and that’s a sentiment both the Texas A&M Aggies (7-4, 5-5-1 ATS) and LSU Tigers (8-3, 7-4 ATS) would share. Over the past six meetings between these two SEC rivals, the home team is 6-0 straight up.

Oddsmakers are expecting this betting trend to keep on rolling. It’s #14 Tigers set as 11.5-point home favorite over the Aggies in the Texas A&M vs LSU odds. LSU is 6-0 against the spread in the last six home games facing Texas A&M.

Taking a deeper look into the Texas A&M vs LSU odds, we’ll offer you our prediction for this Week 13 clash of SEC rivals.

Last year, Texas A&M won 38-23 at home over LSU, covering as 10-point home underdogs. At home this season, the Tigers are 5-1 ATS.

Kickoff for this game at Tiger Stadium on Saturday, November 25 is set for 12:00 pm ET. The broadcast is being carried by ESPN.

Aggies vs Tigers Betting Trends

In the college football public betting splits, there’s huge action trending towards Texas A&M in the spread betting. The Aggies are pulling 80% of both handle and bets as 11.5-point away underdogs. Underdogs are 3-2 ATS in the last five games of this series when there’s been a double-digit favorite.

LSU has covered in five of the last six games. The Tigers are also 5-1 ATS this season as the double-digit chalk. Straight up, Texas A&M is 0-9 in the last nine road games. The Aggies are also 3-9 SU in the last 12 games facing the Tigers.

The under is getting the people’s handle on the total of 66.5 points. It’s generating 74%. However, bets are split at 50-50. Five of the last seven Texas A&M vs LSU games have gone over.

Alabama is the fifth betting choice in the National Championship odds at +700. The Crimson Tide are given a +165 betting line when it comes to qualifying for the CFP.

LSU Looking For Record Day

Tigers QB Jayden Daniels is the -133 chalk in the Heisman Trophy odds, but he’ll be looking to set up a teammate for a record-setting performance against the Aggies. WR Malik Nabers needs 144 yards to shatter LSU’s career mark for receiving yardage.

Nabers (144 yards), Brian Thomas (103) and Kyren Lacey (101) all went over 100 yards in receptions in last week’s drubbing of Georgia State. That is a school first.

Daniels, meanwhile, is coming into this game off his fifth SEC Offensive Player of the Week performance. He accounted for 509 yards of total offense and a school record-tying eight touchdowns during the rout of Georgia State.

LSU is leading the nation in total offense (562.2 yards per game) and scoring offense (46.8 points per game).

Aggies Win Without Fisher

With defensive line coach Elijah Robinson replacing the fired Jimbo Fisher, Texas A&M got off to a success start last week, beating Abilene Christian.

Defense is what drives the Aggies, specifically LB Edgerrin Cooper. The Bednarik Award semifinalist is tied for 10th in the nation with 16 tackles for loss.  However, Cooper revealed earlier this week that his girlfriend had died in an ATV accident. There’s been no word on whether he’ll be playing on Saturday.

The Texas A&M defense is allowing 286.5 yards per game. That places the Aggies eighth in the nation in total defense.

Texas A&M vs LSU Prediction

Daniels is a force that can’t be controlled. He’s just the 11th player in NCAA history to top 3,000 passing yards and 1,000 rushing yards in the same season. Other notables on that list include Jalen Hurts, Kyler Murray and Lamar Jackson. He leads the nation with 417.4 yards of total offense. As well, Daniels is atop the NCAA in TD passes (36), TDs accounted for (46) and yards rushing by a QB (1,014).

However, this will be the first time all season that Daniels and the NCAA’s top offense is facing a top-10 defense.

Texas A&M vs LSU Pick: LSU Tigers -11.5 (-112)
