The best matchup of the NFL week 12 takes the stage on Sunday Night Football as Peyton Manning and the Broncos clash against Tom Brady and the Patriots, at Gillette Stadium at 8:30 PM ET.

The Broncos recently gave the Kansas City Chiefs their first loss of the season and now have the best record in the NFL sitting at 9-1; however, things will get difficult in this next couple of weeks.

Denver doesn’t know until game time if they will have WR Wes Welker available for the matchup against the Pats.

“I want to be out there,” said Welker, who had a concussion last week. “I mean, there are not too many games I’ve missed in my whole career, and I love playing the game, especially in big atmospheres like this. So, I’m doing everything possible in my power to make sure that I get the opportunity to play in a game like this.”

The Patriots lost to the Panthers last week, and need to bounce back after a bad showing on Monday Night.

“It’s pretty well documented my respect for Tom as a quarterback,” Peyton Manning said. “The way he prepares. The way he’s better each season than the year before. Those are the couple of the many things that are impressive about him as a quarterback.”

Brady leads the series against Manning 9-4 and 6-2 in Foxborough.  The betting lines have the Broncos as 2.5 point favorites over the Pats, despite they are the visiting team.
