UEFA Champions League Odds – Galatasaray at Chelsea

Galatasaray and Chelsea will clash this Tuesday at 15:45 PM ET for a spot in the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals, at the Stamford Bridge, in England.

The first leg of the round of 16 ended 1-1 in a game played at Turkey, now these two teams need a win to advance to the last eight.

The game will also features the first time Didier Drogba plays against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.  He’s a legend of this club that brought to London the 2012 Champions League Trophy.

“It is the club where I experienced everything,” Drogba told the UEFA official website. “I experienced the highest level, big games – it allowed me to get closer to the best players in the world. It is a very special moment because I do not know what my reaction will be. I am quite apprehensive about it”.

Drogba also added that was Jose Mourinho, Chelsea’s current manager, who convinced him to sign with the blues.

“When Chelsea was thinking of signing me it was Mourinho who came to see me,” said the 36-year-old forward. “He said, ‘If you want to be a great forward like Thierry Henry or Ruud van Nistelrooy you have to come and play for me.

Galatasaray has only visited Stamford Bridge once; they lost 1-0 in 1999.  Keep in mind Chelsea is undefeated at home this season in all tournaments.

The UEFA Champions League moneyline odds have Chelsea listed -260; Galatasaray is +700 and the draw is +350.
