The Chicago Bulls won game one, and they woke up the beast.  The Heat won game two by 37 points, and we are all even at one.  Game three of the series will be this Friday at 8 PM ET at the United Center.

Game two combined for the Heat largest margin of victory in franchise postseason history and the Bulls’ worst playoff loss in franchise history. The final result was a 115-78 victory by Miami.

“No matter if you win by 20, 30, or one point, it’s a 1-1 series,” Heat star LeBron James said. “They came in and did their job. They got one on our floor and took home court. So, we’ve got to try to go to Chicago and get it back.”

“We’re still in the hole,” Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said.

The Miami Heat scored 56 points in the paint Wednesday, their second most in any playoff game since the 1996-97 season. They outscored Chicago by 38 points in that zone.

“Things don’t go your way, you’re competitors, you want to go out there and do everything you can when you feel you’re being cheated,” Bulls Carlos Boozer said. “You’re going to say something about it. But regardless we don’t place the blame on anybody else, we put it on our shoulders, and we’ll play better.”

Miami will be a 5 to 6 point favorite for game three despite it will be play at Chicago.  The Heat demonstration on Wednesday showed they can win a few games on the road.

“We didn’t play well, but it’s not the end of the world,” Joachim Noah said. “It’s 1-1, and it’s going to be a big game in Chicago.”
