The unbeaten New Orleans Saints will have a great test this week as they visit the Chicago Bears at 1 PM ET at Soldier Field, in a game between two high scoring teams in the NFL.

The Saints destroyed the Dolphins on Monday Night Football with quarterback Drew Brees registering 413 yards, four touchdowns without an interception in the 38-17 win.

“You just got to tune out everything outside the locker room and focus on going to play a good opponent this week,” said receiver Marques Colston. “You’ve got to fight against human nature at all times, and 4-0 was obviously the start that we were looking, for but there’s still a lot of football yet to be played.

“So it’s focusing on the reason why we are sitting at 4-0 and just continuing to try to get better.”

The Bears could have been sitting with a 4-0 record also, but they dropped the game last week against Detroit in a 40-32 loss with QB Jay Cutler throwing 2 touchdowns, but giving away three interceptions.

“We sat in the meeting and Jay expressed his sense of accountability,” head coach Marc Trestman said.  “We’re just going to work together on the corrections. We’ve got to get back and work on fundamentals and techniques, not only at the quarterback position but throughout our team.”

The NFL odds put the Saints as 1 point favorites on the road.

New Orleans is 2-3-1 ATS in its last 6 games when playing on the road against Chicago.
